Hospitality is maintained and equipment must be rechecked, any equipment that is not functioning properly can be replaced with new equipment and 4 star food should have a meat menu, not just chicken.

so we stayed on the first day of fasting, so the restaurant was quite quiet during breakfast. for the menu variants there weren't that many meats, but there was a chocolate fountain with donut satay. overall the food was okay, but for the buryam I don't know why my child didn't like it. and in the restaurant there is a children's play area, also in front of the lobby, there is a drawing area. the location of the hotel is right behind a restaurant or something, I forgot the name, but it's still in the same area. And the hotel is also in the Laweyan area of the city center. oh yeah, we left something behind and the hotel immediately informed us, the process wasn't complicated.

It was a wonderful place to stay for a while, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was squeaky clean and i love how spacious the room was. The wifi was not so strong, so for working is not so good.

The hotel staff is very friendly, very helpful from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the room is clean and fragrant, although there is no smart/android TV in the room I stayed in, the AC works well, the bathroom is clean, the breakfast tastes very good, there are many and varied menu choices.
