It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

Overall this hotel is okay. Clean and strategic location. Friendly hotel staff. But there are some things need to be improved, like furniture too old and some parts need to be repaired. Sink and mirror are too short, that's not okay. Fitness tools are too old and broken, lots of tools need to be repaired. Swimming pool too crowded, no social distancing.

Everything is good, it's just that the activities in the room next door are still a bit loud. The breakfast room is too narrow, the food variety is varied and quite tasty. The room is quite clean. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. The location is quite strategic because it is next to the mall. Thank you Solo Paragon and Traveloka!

The only minus is that this is an old hotel, old furniture, yellow bed sheets. The positive is that the location is close to culinary tourism, the station is only 10-20 minutes away, the hotel is next to Paragon Mall. There is access to the mall from the front of the reception. For breakfast, the taste is quite good and there are quite a few choices available.

almost every year my family and I choose to stay at Paragon considering the city center and easy access to everywhere, only now the condition of the facilities in the hotel room needs better maintenance/improvement (example: repairing the bathroom door that was broken/hole in the room I stayed in), while the hotel lobby access yard connected to the Paragon mall is not kept clean so it looks unkempt. for the service of the hotel staff and the restaurant crew themselves are good, friendly and helpful. hopefully there will be improvements in the quality of maintenance from the Paragon hotel in all aspects. thank you

The location of this hotel is a premier hotel, but after dozens of years of staying at this hotel, I noticed that the facilities in the room have started to degrade, especially the bathroom door which is a bit difficult to close, sometimes the smell of the bathroom enters the room. However, the new TV which is a smart TV is very cool. Overall, the facilities could be rejuvenated again. It's a shame for a hotel with a premium location.

staying at solo paragon, there are 2 rooms. 1 double bed, room 1 is a single bed. the room is clean and the sheets smell good. only at that time in one of the rooms the AC could not be turned on.. and the staff immediately quickly fixed it. only the bathroom is narrow, but quite clean. city view. go straight down to the paragon mall
