A pleasant stay at the Batu Aji SP hotel! The condition of the room according to the photo, even large enough for 2 people. There are basic bath amenities (dental kit, soap, towel). the condition of the public area is clean, the lobby, corridors and restaurants are clean. Breakfast is very simple, there are only 3 types of food (noodles, fried rice, toast and fruit). very strategic location, right next to the sp plaza. The staff is also friendly. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the Batu Aji area at a cheap price!

Cek sedikit agak lama. Receiption kurang ramah. Hotel kurang bersih. Saya nginap di hotel dengan istri dan anak 9 tahun tapi di haruskan pakai extra bed yang seharusnya kita ga butuh. Request 1 double bed dapatnya 2 single bed. Extrabed juga tidak nyaman busa tipis dan ga nyaman tidur. Dan tidak dipakai juga. Rugi sewa extra bed. Tidak saya rekomendasikan untuk stay di hotel ini.

The rooms and toilets are clean, the AC is cold, the entire hotel condition is clean and well maintained. Good breakfast for a hotel that is not too expensive. Located in the center of the busy SP market. Easy to find lunch or dinner. You can take the children for a walk around SP. Overall very good.

Saya merekomendasikan kalau kebersihan. Tapi kalau kejujuran tidak direkomendasikan. Karena apa?. Saya sudah 2 kali menginap di SP Hotel tapi waktu check out ketinggalan charger HP. Setelah di tanya ke reseptionis dan tanya ke bagian room katanya tidak ada ketinggalan. Padahal saat mau check out nyata-nyata ketinggalan. Jadi saya tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini kalau ada barang ketinggalan. Saran saya ke manajemen hotel kalau mempertahankan karyawan seperti ini sangatlah tidak berkembang usaha hotel ini. Jadi untuk saat ini tidak di rekomendasikan.

The rooms are nice, comfortable. The air conditioner is cold but it takes a long time to wait for it to cool hehe. The toilet is okay, but only given one small bar of soap, even though the price is pretty good. Plus, because it's in the middle of a food center, yes. Then I was given a snack in the room, I guess I paid again but I'm still optimistic that I won't pay, and actually I paid 70 thousand for everything even though I didn't eat all of it.

The hotel location is good, but a bit noisy especially the rooms near the road, the bathroom is poorly maintained, a bit dirty, the floor is not clean, there were 4 small cockroaches found in the room and bathroom, no shampoo available, soap only a small bar of soap, sandals in only there is 1, breakfast for the rice menu lacks taste.
