honestly because the rating is high so I chose to stay here directly for 4 nights, but it turned out not to be suitable because the bathroom is shared if so maybe the app is informed that the bathroom is shared not private, and also there was bad treatment from one of the staff there because we reported it to traveloka and finally we checked out early maybe around 8 am because of the behavior. Please for one of the staff / owner there maybe next time if you explain to us like the other gentleman nicely maybe we can understand better and not be disappointed, sorry we stayed looking for a cheap price and for the price of 100 and above we thought it was a reasonable price if the bathroom was inside, Sorry it turns out we were wrong.

the guard is very friendly, this is a residential concept but there are many rooms for rent above the location is strategic it's not difficult to find food, it's definitely near Alfa Indo (just walk forward) the downside is that if you have sensitive hearing it's a bit noisy, because it's near Blimbing Station and the highway.

clean room. even though there is a fan, it is cool. understandably, Malang. finding food is not difficult. and near a mini market. and to Blimbing station is only 1 km. a leisurely walk, at most 15 minutes. so for sales people this is really good.

This house had good reviews and finally tried it for 1 night. It turned out to be suitable and met my expectations (price, location, comfort). With that price, we should appreciate the owner with a good review. I don't see any minuses from the facilities provided. From 1 day, I extended it to 4 nights. Friendly owner, safe privacy, clean bedroom & bathroom, quiet, no noise, provides motorbike rental, location close to access to public transport/restaurants. Don't forget to try the egg indomie + ginger coffee ☺️

It was so nice to stay here, it felt like home because the room was so comfortable. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the AC was cold, there was wifi even though the wifi was slow. Towels were lent, the service was friendly. I don't regret staying here, hopefully it can be improved even more, for example by providing drinking water or toiletries.

Stayed one night, but checked in in the morning so I was charged 30 thousand, the location is close to the main road, just go in a little bit, close to Indomaret and at night there are more culinary choices, the room is quite narrow, but the bathroom is spacious and clean, there is hot water too, there is only a small gap in the door hehe, if you want to relax there is a small terrace and sofa, the owner is friendly, overall for a room priced at 50 thousand, I think it's worth it.

Spacious bathroom, clean rooms and house. If you choose non-AC, the bathroom is outside. You need to bring your own towels and toiletries because they are not provided. If you go to Malang again, you will definitely stay here again.
