The room is nice, but in terms of food, it's not so great. For the room including breakfast, it's disappointing. Hopefully this will be taken into account next time.

I was notified to check in at 11, but it wasn't allowed. Actually, if it was allowed, I would have been charged, so it wouldn't have been a problem. Then I was asked to wait in the restaurant while eating/drinking on the 7th floor, but after going there it was closed.

There are a lot of ants, mice walking around on the ceiling, there are mosquitoes in the room....the room amenities are also lacking, such as spoons for making coffee, tea and sugar are also not in the room...slippers are also not provided, bathroom amenities should include a glass for rinsing, no shower cup....the breakfast menu is like the lunch menu...there is no variation and the taste is just ordinary.....
