The hotel's location is very strategic in Kuta, close to the airport and the busy center of Kuta. The rooms are spacious and clean, you can get as much mineral water as you like. But breakfast for a 4 star hotel is a bit less varied.

Previously I had read reviews so I didn't have high expectations. I chose this hotel because the location is strategic. What's in the photos when choosing a room on the application is what you will get. AC and hot water, even the refrigerator also works well. It's just that the room floor is very slippery when it gets wet so be careful if you have children and the floor easily gets condensation. Oh yeah, it's not stroller friendly. We got a room on the 3rd floor and after exiting the elevator there was still a few stairs down. Just ask for a room that is easily accessible. Asked for a king bed but got twin beds combined.

The room is good, there is a balcony, the only minus is the drinking water section, only a dispenser is provided in the middle of the floor, for those in the room it's a bit in the corner so it's an effort to get a drink, especially if the water dispenser runs out.
