Friendly staff, fast check in, comfortable room. There are electrical outlets on the right & left side of the bed. There is drinking water, tissue, toothbrush and toothpaste, small soap, but the soap and shampoo in the shower do not come out when pressed. There are no clothes hangers. The bathroom needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness. The others are okay. Close to Saiful Anwar Hospital, because I stayed overnight to rest at the hospital.

The hotel price is actually not expensive, the room is quite comfortable and the air conditioning is cold, the only downside is that the room was not cleaned during the stay.

The room was very dirty and old. The floor looked like it wasn't cleaned and felt sticky. The bed sheets were stained, so it looked like it wasn't changed? The bathroom was very very bad, dirt and mold were everywhere. Horrible experience, glad that we only booked for one night. The only good thing about this hotel was the location which is near train station and in the middle of the city.

Dirty hotel, asking for help to clean it only made it dirtier. As a result, contact the receptionist again to ask for help to clean it again. Cleaned again, but still the same, there are still lots of hair and footprints. The person is rude 🥲. Sorry to give 1 star 🙏

Very close to Malang station and Malang square, close to Klojen market too, so if you are looking for snacks or breakfast, you can go straight to the market.

I stayed two nights in a Superior plus Balcony 2 room. What I like about this hotel is its easy-to-find location. The staff are friendly and very communicative, the breakfast is also delicious and varied, unfortunately the bathroom is slippery. The rest is fun. It's just that when staying at this hotel during Christmas holidays the price went up 100%. But it doesn't matter because it's just during that time the hotel is full. Early c/i is charged 100 thousand. Standard room according to budget, location is ok, across there is Sara Bakery for eating and hanging out. Stayed here because I wanted to go to Bromo.

Breakfast was terrible. Several times the rice was still raw. The room was very dirty. They said it had been cleaned, but the trash was still there. Condoms were scattered. Wifi was intermittent, but the cellular signal was also in the building block. The bathroom was never cleaned. The toilet was dirty. After complaining twice, it was cleaned.
