Perfect for a short staycation. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was good as well. The highlight is the smart TV and Netflix they have in every room.

Very recommended place to stay and enjoy the time with family. Great hospitality and all staffs were so friendly, the hotel was clean, fragrant or smell so good and relaxing when I was there. Only the refrigerator wasn't cold, AC, TV and other facilities in room were great. I'm gonna back again soon for the next family staycation at Tuscany:) Keep up the great work, Tuscany! Thank you.

location is ok, in front of the hotel there is a place to eat, poor room cleanliness, dirty floor, used bathroom floor towels, a bit wet and dirty, not very suitable, incomplete amenities, cold air conditioning, small swimming pool, breakfast combined with Swiss Belhotel in the Swiss Belhotel building, and if there is an additional charge for children over 12 years old, it will cost Rp. 200 thousand. in my opinion it is expensive with ordinary food like a 3 star not a 4 star, coffee and tea are still using ordinary containers not a coffee maker, so there is no coffee variant, little food variation, old food rafil, guests queue for seats because Swiss Belcourt and Swiss Belhotel breakfast are combined even though the seating capacity is not enough. but the additional price of bf exceeds hotels in Bamdung, Yogyakarta and Bali.

so far comfortable, very clean from the bed, room to the bathroom..
really like being able to do treadmill? even when relaxing, you can still exercise 😁
it's just a bit noisy with the sound of the train, the hotel's position is close to the train track (I'm not careful)
but the rest is the best.

I expected to eat at a restaurant for sahur. I know that I was informed from the beginning that there was a possibility of eating in the room. But I wanted to try to eat at the restaurant and was informed of the possibility of eating together with Swissbelhotel. I wanted to have the experience of eating at a restaurant with many choices of food, but instead it was delivered to the room with few choices of food, I really felt at a loss. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. It looks like this hotel is luxurious but doesn't want to lose out. They are really good at playing around.

friendly staff, for ci and co everything is easy, for the swimming pool maybe the rainy season so it's a bit dirty but still very suitable for swimming. The food is quite varied. WiFi is smooth so you can do Netflix just right for me and my family to staycation, a bit noisy because it's next to the train line but that's understandable.

asked for a non-smoking room but was given a room that smelled of cigarettes.. the reason was full.. but when checked on traveloka there were still many rooms available.. does that mean the hotel staff is lying or is it traveloka's error? the location is very strategic. but parking is a bit difficult. narrow mixed with apartment residents.

- Lift access to the Basement parking lot must use a hotel employee card, quite inconvenient. - The bathroom door is difficult to close (Room 0811). - There are ants in the drinking glass. - Charged a parking fee even though my Flazz card was registered during Check In, after I complained, the parking fee was finally refunded. Hopefully the service can be improved.

Stayed 3 nights at SBC, value for money with complete facilities, strategic hotel location, spacious parking, fast check in check out, friendly helpful staff especially for Mba Dame in the restaurant order taker section who was very helpful when I ate at the restaurant.
The room is quite spacious although the bathroom is a bit small, the wifi is ok and fast, only the amenities that need to be improved are because they are not yet Swiss standard, still labeled Tuscany HTL, towels, mats are no longer rotten, not suitable for use & smelly, maybe the laundry needs to be fixed so that the towels don't smell. The bed linen is also dirty but there are many requests to be replaced & replaced with new clean ones.
The restaurant food is actually delicious, the price is also reasonable, the portions are large, only there is a calamary menu that is very salty, the taste quality must be improved.
The rest is no problem, so far this is a 3 star HTL that is very value for money.. good for a staycation..
