booked this hotel for head in the cloud concert but it turned out to be postponed because of this pandemic. Overall, everything went great. The breakfast menu is various, there are many choices to eat. I saw the information on receptionist that it has a shuttle to JIEXPO Kemayoran, but you should make it sure to the hotel thank you

It was a great stay! The foot taste great though the restaurant is a bit tiny and long queue when breakfast time. There’s a bus shuttle to jiexpo since we stay to attend backstreet boys concert at jiexpo. The room spacious. Will be back for sure 🙂

Stayed here for the 2nd time (when I picked up my child's report card). The hotel staff was very friendly 🥰, but the water heater facility didn't work even though I complained directly to the FO. The information has been reset from the center, but the hot water still didn't appear, sad. Overall, apart from the water heater, everything is good.

stayed here overnight because I wanted to go to IIMS, first time to Swiss Belinn Kemayoran, but often in other locations
booked a grand deluxe king room, got room no. 618 which has many windows and faces the apartment so it's aesthetic at night because you can see the apartment lights
pros:
- the room is spacious (38 m2), the most spacious for a grand deluxe that I've tried at Swiss Belinn, there's a guest chair area.
- the AC is quite cold
- it's also clean
- breakfast is quite varied
- tried the food at the restaurant outside of breakfast time, it tastes good
cons:
- the pillows are really hard, why is that? why is it different from the standard hotel pillows which are usually soft
- the restaurant is quite narrow
- parking is really tight

The food is delicious. The staff are friendly. Only the access card had trouble twice so I couldn't open the room. I had to ask the staff for help. Also the telephone in the room was dead. There is a shuttle to JIS. Quite helpful

Chose a hotel because there was a shuttle to JIS but waited 2 hours and was left and told to wait again even though from the beginning it had been informed and said they would pick me up. Until finally taking an ojol with the condition after waiting 2 hours. The room smelled badly of cigarettes, the AC was noisy and wouldn't stop, the bathroom smelled really bad. Had good experience in here. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Bed sheet had stains here and there. Suggest to just throw away bed sheets with stains. Bathroom shower temperature was perfect but sometimes, bad smells came out from bathroom. Breakfast was extraordinary.

First time staying at this hotel, from the beginning of check in to check out all the staff are friendly in providing services. From the lobby to the room is clean. The most impressive thing during breakfast is the cheesecake which is rarely found in other hotels, keep it up maybe tomorrow when I go to Jakarta again I want to stay here again and want to have cheesecake for breakfast...
