Clean and Cozy. We got the lowest type room, it was still good. Unfortunately, I felt not so welcome because the night I arrived there were several security guards who didn’t greet you but just eye you down! The importance of being a front liner for guests before going to the front desk to greet guests. When checking in, the receptionist was straight to the point so it was quite fast so it was okay. Breakfast had quite a lot of choices but the quality was less than satisfactory. Don’t be afraid to use seasoning, because in Indonesia, guests are not used to adding their own seasonings, it must be a direct first impression! A lot of hotels miss this part. The ambiance is okay, but maybe the song shouldn’t be Maroon 5. Maybe something soothing for the morning.

Yesterday the lift had a problem so I had to wait 30 minutes for the lift to get breakfast. The lift even broke down when I was using it, which was quite panic-inducing. The soundproofing needs to be improved because the sound from the bathroom next door is very loud.
