What else to say about Apurva Kempinski? All are perfect. No negative comments. Reception is quick and helpful. Frontliner staff that accompanying us to the room, Celine, is very helpful and explained a lot. Room was great. Clean. Perfect. Bathroom are very cozy and let's not forget the automatic smart toilet. Even they serve ice cubes - as expected from 5 star hotel. Swimming pools are huge. Beach is clean and the sands are soft. Beach club also serve best foods and drinks. Transfer to/from lobby provided buggy car service and even though I'm worried at first on the availability, well that's not the case. Buggy will come within 3 minutes after we asked for one. Breakfast was superb. Food variety are good. We stayed 2 nights and really hate has to leave on the 3rd day. It was a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to visit Apurva Kempinski again in the future. Oh and the Coral restaurant - stunning!

One of our fam favorite hotel so far. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, treat us so special. We stayed in Cliff Ocean Suite Room for several days and the view was amazing. This hotel also give us special treatment and gift for our anniversary, and gift from Koral restaurant too. Anyway our Koral experience also amazing with staff name mbak Rona ♡ Even my hard-to-impressed husband was so impressed and love it. We had our breakfast in special lounge for cliff suite guests and the staff were also amazing. Definitely will comeback soon.- I request room number in cliff ocean suite but it was not available. Hopefully it will be available when we comeback

Family friendly hotel, child friendly. The service is like a relay from the beginning of getting out of the car until being escorted to the room, we are always accompanied and invited to chat. Detailed explanation when checking in with Mba Stefanny and escorted to the room with Mr. William "if I'm not mistaken" I forgot his name. But all the staff we met during our stay were very friendly.
When checking in, we were given a drawing equipment book (which was very useful for my child while waiting for boarding), welcome drinks in various flavors (ginger, soursop) and also oshibori towels.
on the second day of my stay when I wanted to take a picture there were several Hk staff who were chatting in that area. But when they saw me and my family coming they immediately left, this I think is very impressive. They understand and immediately move away for our comfort.
The choice of breakfast menu is very varied, all delicious and luckily I got a table view facing the sea area
Hopefully the second time and so on I go to Apurva, the service and facilities will not decrease but will increase and get better.

My wishlist was finally fulfilled and the service was really good. The toilet is sophisticated, there is a dryer and seat heater, the water can oscillate. The beach is clean and very nice. Trying to play canoeing is quite tiring. The pool water is warm. There are many variations of breakfast. Try the omelet with truffle, my tongue doesn't like it 😄 there is iced matcha latte, just order it to the waitress. Plain croissant and choco muffin are really delicious, very buttery. The TV can also play Bluetooth music. Overall it is according to expectations. For the shower rotation, if our hands are already in contact with soap, it is very slippery and can't be turned on, so it's better not to turn it off when using shampoo and soap. It suits the dental kit, I just found a brand of toothpaste that doesn't foam too much, the toothbrush also cleans the inside of the back teeth. For the lemongrass scented toiletries, I don't really like it. But because my grandmother told me to bring it, so I just made it a souvenir for her. The sandals are not long enough but the width is just right. Surprised after swimming, when entering the room there were already additional bottles of drinks provided according to the maximum amount for 1 day, which is 10 bottles. Luckily there were no missing items, the staff were honest. Yesterday there was a bit of a problem with the coffee maker. Immediately responded to by 2 staff. It turned out that you had to hold it when inserting the coffee capsule so that it fits and doesn't fall, this is a bit complicated. There are no tea bags. Overall, I am very satisfied enjoying the luxurious facilities of the Apurva Hotel. Hopefully there will be good fortune to enjoy a luxurious hotel again 😇

Very worth it. The room is big, the vibes is chill, the staff is very friendly, the food is good. Perfect trio for honeymoon. Sadly I only stay for 1 night, 2 night is a recommended because the place so big.

2nd time staying here (first time was a week before G20 event so most premises were closed), now can explore fully all the facilities. Staffs were superb, excellent cleanliness, great food, easier access than most hotels in Nusa Dua (distance between main gate and lobby), highly recommended for couples and families holiday / event.

I was very dissapointed as gha platinum member and as a frequent guest to the Apurva Kempinsky. My platinum status was worthless and unrecognized because I booked the reservation through app. I did not get any upgrade and all my other platinum benefits were not honored other than a cheap bottle of wine. If this is the way a platinum member is treated then I don't see a benefit in trying to maintain my status
