The staff is very friendly, but if you want to check out in the morning there is no one guarding the receptionist desk, I checked out in the afternoon and then someone was on duty, they said you could just leave the card with security. It's better to just ask first if you want to checkout.

There were power outages several times, but not for long. The place is comfortable and clean. The staff is also friendly. Very close to RSCM.

Service, location, rooms are all good, only the parking is limited and some have become permanent parking lots, also the swimming pool cannot be used because it is being cleaned, anyway, satisfied and recommended.

Deket banget sama RSCM, which is emang itu yang saya cari karena mau nganter anak check up. Kamar spacy, bersih, bantal sofabednya aja agak dekil, toilet bersih ga ada masalah, AC dingin, tapi kolam renangnya kotor kayak kurang dirawat, kaya berminyak gitu :( so far so good, bakal balik lagi kesini sih. Thank you🙏

Di policy tidak ada deposit, pada saat check in ada. Saat check out deposit tidak dikembalikan, dan menurut info, akan dikembalikan pada hari itu juga. Di follow up via telepon, diangkat dan bilang mau di transfer. Setelah itu menghilang, dan tidak bisa dihubungin. Sampai harus kembali lagi ke apart untuk minta pertanggung jawaban uang deposit. Tapi hospitality tidak seharusnya seperti ini. Policy nya pun tidak ada aturan harus deposit. Tidak ada tanggung jawab, kejujuran, dan aturan yang jelas untuk pengembaliannya. Karena manajemennya di lokasi juga lepas tangan. Jangan mau untuk deposit uang, karena menurut nara sumber pengurus apart, kejadian ini beberapa kali terjadi.
