The Dieng Cabin

the villa staff is very friendly and polite.. giving information clearly and well.. I ordered a white cabin for 4 people but because I had 2 extra troops so I was charged 50 thousand cash per person but it's okay because the price is affordable and cheap but the facilities are quite good and complete, especially the villa is close to all the tourist attractions. and the closest to DIENG PARK just cross the road and you're there ahahaha

Location in front of Dieng Park, close to Telaga Warna, Batu Ratapan Angin, Kawah Sikidang and Arjuna Temple. Clean rooms, soft mattresses, good hot water. There is a kitchen so you can cook for yourself, provided with gallon water and cooking utensils, instant noodles, coffee and tea. Friendly security staff. Parking is not possible in front of the villa, but there is a parking lot near the highway.

Friendly staff, affordable prices, please consider replacing the mattress with a firmer one, not too saggy so it is comfortable to sleep on.

it's quite good, especially the service and cleanliness... the ladies and gentlemen are quick to serve and very polite. There's only 1 important point that needs to be corrected... the cabin I used had a very uncomfortable bed... the foam was too soft so when I lay down it immediately sank... because it's related to comfort when resting.

The staff is very friendly, the room is very complete, both kitchen and bedroom facilities.

Very good, keep up the quality. If possible, provide food for guests at night, so they don't have to go out to find food.

Location For the cottage type, the position is right on the edge of the highway and the parking lot is directly in front of the cottage. But for the white cabin type, the cabin position is in an alley that only fits one motorbike with a sloping road. The car park for those staying in the white cabin type is on the edge of the highway. So it takes more effort to move luggage from the parking lot to the cabin. Facilities For cabin renters who are with the elderly or people who, for example, are experiencing joint pain in the leg area, it is not recommended to stay in the white cabin type. Apart from the sloping access road to the cabin, for the white cabin type, the bed is on the 2nd floor with a fairly far/high distance between the steps. For people with slightly higher BB, it is also quite noisy when going up and down the stairs because they feel fragile so you need to be careful🥲. Kitchen equipment and water heaters work (but in my cabin bathroom the water heater tap leaks). There is WiFi but it is very slow, maybe because many people are using it. There is also a TV on the 2nd floor. Btw there is no heater, for those who can't stand the cold it is recommended to bring lots of warm clothes. When there, the temperature reached 10-11 degrees at night. Oh yeah, for those who eat or do make up on the 2nd floor, be careful not to make a mess or leave stains that are difficult to remove, because there will be an additional charge (when I was safe). Service Now this is the TOP in my opinion. The staff is friendly and fast response when chatted (even before check-in time). Quick to help (for example, carrying goods from the parking lot to the cabin). The staff is available 24 hours, when I chatted that my water heater wasn't working at 5 am, it was okay at 6 am and they responded and fixed it immediately. General Overall it's good, but if you can choose, it's better to rent the cottage type. Always success for The Dieng Cabin🫰

the staff is very friendly, it's just that I don't like the rules which are a bit complicated, before we stay the lady will inform us of some rules and tell us some dirty stains in the inn. so because the theme is white, please also be clean for those who bring babies or small children must be careful not to dirty it. every item that is stained by the guest will be charged. bad wifi, rainy weather, want to relax in the room turns out the wifi is really bad, the TV has no broadcast. the view is okay, the room is clean and fragrant. Got the room at the end of the white cabin no. 6, next to it there is a wooden seat facing the garden which is quite pleasing to the eye, in terms of price and comfort it is worth it, unfortunately the room is directly opposite the newly built cabin, a little criticism, what is the concept of the cabin when it becomes a cabin? Sorry if it really becomes like what I saw, the cabin is built in front of the white cabin, it will be very annoying when it is finished, if you want to open the south window, you will meet the neighbor's window, there is no 2 meter distance

If you want to stay overnight, just stay in the cabin.

You could say I was very lucky to get this villa, the price was cheap and they still gave me free takjil, we stayed for 2 nights, the first day we got fruit soup, the second day we got tempe kemul, in the cabin there was also tea, coffee, sugar, mineral water and instant noodles. The staff was very friendly, they helped carry our suitcases, the unit was clean and fragrant. From the bedroom you can see the activities of potato farmers with their gardens which are pleasing to the eye. Like it. Recommended for those who are looking for cheap accommodation with really good facilities. FYI the staff said that during Ramadan there is free takjil.

First time arriving immediately greeted by the room caretaker. Bags were offered to be carried, explained the rules for staying in the cabin, if anything can directly WA the owner and fast response. Free wifi and smart tv, Anyway, the room price is not expensive, clean, friendly service. Next time I want to come here again with my children and parents. Thank you the dieng cabin!

When I arrived at the location, I was a bit surprised and disappointed because the cabin situation was not as imagined. To get to the cabin, I had to go through a narrow alley that could only be passed by foot (cars cannot park in front of the cabin). I didn't expect the front of the cabin to face an unfinished building and the distance between buildings was very close/narrow. Maybe the cabin owner could be more honest in conveying the current situation of the cabin property. As a consumer, I don't really expect to be able to view rice fields or hills, but it's not like I want to see an unfinished building with scattered materials. For the mattress, maybe a better quality one could be chosen. The one available is quite soft but there is no frame/spring in it so that when used to sleep, the user sinks a bit. When I wake up, my back is uncomfortable. The cabin itself is quite good and clean. The equipment is quite complete. Hot water works, the gas stove can be used, the TV provides Netflix which is nice. Coffee, tea, drinking water and instant noodles are provided, including eating and cooking utensils. If you are too lazy to go out or cook, you can order from the cabin manager. All staff are friendly and quite helpful. Overall a nice experience but with 2 downsides that are quite annoying and need to be improved. Would I recommend this cabin? I don't think so if the front of the cabin isn't finished yet
