Booked the wood deluxe room, really love the ambience! Luckily got the room at the far end so there’re many windows (the room is bright). Love the classic detail. Breakfast is awesome (ala carte). Thank you for the nice stay. Only problem, I ask to freeze my ice gel, leave it at night before, but the next day the ice gel hasn’t freeze yet (think they didn’t put it in the freezer). So I have to throw my breast milk away.

Very clean! I like the ambiance with European accent. We can choose breakfast in the room or in the Sofia Restaurant with a la carte menu. Worth value of money.

We really love our stay at The Gunawarman! The decoration feels very vintage, especially the Wood room! The staffs are nice, the breakfast is OK, great concept for the bathtub idea by the way. The Gunawarman is a perfect place for your stay-cation from the busy district or maybe a sweet escape for you and your partner!

Stayed here for 1 night at the Deluxe Wood Room and it was amazing, from the valet service to the hotel receptionist. I enjoyed everything from the interior decor to the small stationery that was added in the room. I will stay here again and try the other two rooms! Will come here again soon!

Very impressed, I didn't expect such a great experience. The hotel is decorated in a European style, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the coffee is excellent, and the rooms are absolutely beautiful.

I really like the room. Culinary ranging from elegant cafes to delicious street food is close by. Unfortunately the service experience at the front desk, especially during check out, was disappointing.

Every room have different of type room
I get white type room
Big room for standard type, clean, highceiling, nice bathroom, netflix.
But sorry for the check in deskis small and no privacy. They just only have one desk for check in

For what it is, its not worth it. The room is not sound proof and the room is small with nice decoration. I'm not a smoker and the restaurant is mostly indoors and they allow guest to smoke inside. This is such a turn off for me and I paid a lot per night here just to smell like an ashtray. Great location tho.

Lovely hotel. Super kind staff, very nice rooms. It is a shame that the restaurant accepts smoking but this is commonplace in indonesia still. Will come back as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The restaurant is offering a la Carte breakfast. Only one item is allowed to be ordered. As we are paying a premium price, a buffet breakfast is expected. Please highlight your breakfast is not a buffet on the site. I also requested to pack my breakfast early as I needed to go to the airport. Food packed without cutlery. It was very difficult to get a set of reusable cutlery.

Love the room as it ' s european. Bed was fantastic, the breakfast also. I was request for hugging pillow and goose down pillow but they provide goose down only without let me know if they don't have hugging pillow. The check in takes time.

The room was incredible, I have a pleasant stay and will recommend to my friend. The hotel located in Jakarta but the feel and ambiance is like in europe. Reception staff is very kind and helpful.

Hk and reception is friendly, but a few time we found the reception desk is empty meaning no one standing by and I found the doorman talking with each other while holding the door meaning not opening the door until I have to push the door myself so what 's the point of having a doorman, they just getting in the way. The bathroom was stinks we even ask to change room the next day, the showerhead is rusty, and toilet was leaking after every time we flush it.
