Senang sekali bisa menginap di sini, sayang kami hanya menginap 1 malam, suasanya nyaman dan tenang, staff villa juga sangat ramah, karena kami datang beberapa jam sebelum waktu check in, kami ditawarkan untuk menitipkan barang-barang bawaan kami terlebih dulu di bagian receiption, di dalam villa juga fasilitasnya sangat bagus, dilengkapi dengan speaker control amazon alexa echo dot (semacam google nest home gitu), tinggal sebut "alexa" dan sebut judul lagu yang mau diputar, jadi bisa kontrol musik sambil berenang, dari sini juga dekat sekali ke Pantai Jimbaran, sebetulnya dari rooftop bisa liat pantai, tapi kebetulan kami dapet villa yang posisinya agak di tengah, jadi pantainya kurang keliatan, villa ini recommended sekali untuk yang mau honeymoon loh.

Overall good, villa with private pool which is big enough for family. The name is also semi-outdoor, so it can't be as clean as closed hotels, so that's understandable. There are refrigerator, stove and microwave facilities, unfortunately there are no pots, only a frying pan for eggs . The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub so it's fun for couples and children too. On the rooftop there is a sunbed (needs to be cleaned often) and a hammock, he said he could see the sunset but couldn't see it because it was too late. If you are looking for a villa with a private pool, this is really recommended. Only the location is a bit in, so it's quite far to walk to the beach or minimarket. Better to bring bottled mineral water because the hotel only provides refilled water in glass bottles, it's not clean enough so you have to throw away the contents, some have been drunk by children . Even then the staff did not refill the water when cleaning the room, also amenities & tea coffee were not given again on the 2nd day even though they stayed 2 nights. For room service staff, the SOP can be improved again, so you don't forget too much.

Actually overall, this villa is promising. Complete facilities typical of a private villa: comfortable bedroom and living room, spacious bathtub and shower room, and available kitchen, WiFi, and smart TV. The service from the staff at the villa is also very friendly and quick to help. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities seem less maintained. The private pool looks dirty, not only because of the dry leaves, but also dust, dirt, and small insects. Disposal of water in the bathtub and bathroom sink is less / not smooth. There should be a swing in the pool area, but in my villa I can't see it (it looks like it was removed). In addition to villa facilities, road access to the villa is also quite tricky, especially at night. There are no clear direction markers and street lighting so the journey is a bit tense. The location is also quite far from the center of the crowd so don't recommend ordering food online here. Hopefully in the future these things can be improved again so that the guest stay experience can be more satisfying.

The place is really nice, comfortable, the service is good and very fast, it made our honeymoon really fun, those who had plans after checking in went for a walk, in fact it didn't happen and just relaxed at the villa because it was really good!!! Recommended! Want to come back next time.

This is the third time I have chosen to stay here for vacation, but the third time the experience was bad. The swimming pool is dirty, in the shower a lot of centipede comes out from the bottom. Please fix. This used to be my favorite.
