Budget Hotel, located at Urip Sumoharjo Street, very strategic location and almost perfect to reaching any place. Near business district, hospital, shopping center, cinema, local culinary, university, school, local market, ect. Parking area at basement can afford to 10 cars. Only had 1 elevators and view of room facing to west or east, no main road view. Spacious bedroom, large bed enough to 3 adult or 4 children. Bathroom quite big include 2 tooth brush, 2 tooth paste, and mixed bath gel and shampo. Hot water works, Air Conditioner need few minute to cool the room. Also had 2 towel, 1 pair of slippers, flat screen tv, tissue, trash can, safety box, water heater (include few sachet of coffee, tea, and sugar) and 2 bottle of water. But the annoying thing is the room little bit dark and not too sound proof as noisy from other room can be heard. Limited choice for breakfast, standard taste. Clean room but need to be check every last guest check out because there was bag full of trash at top of cabinet and sheet was few dirty spot.

staff and employees are okay, but rarely see security, it seems like no one is guarding the parking lot
For a budget hotel, this hotel is okay, but if you're on vacation you have to rent a motorbike or car because it's far from Malioboro and tourist attractions, if you walk, rarely anyone wants to pick up a Grab car so it's difficult.
When I stayed there, the sheets had lots of stains.. I don't know what the marks were and the room wasn't soundproof
But I was surprised because it turned out the room was spacious, but there was minimal lighting in the bed area, there was no main light, only a night light, only 2 charger sockets next to the bed (even this was broken) and 1 on the table where the water heater is.
For the bathroom, the shower doesn't have strong water so it takes a long time to take a shower..
For breakfast, it's still okay, because it's a budget hotel, don't expect a variety of food, at least enough so you don't get hungry in the morning.

First time booking a hotel by myself. The location is on the side of a major road so it is easy to access. The hotel is clean, the service is friendly and polite, the price is wallet-friendly. The food is delicious and varied. The room is clean, fragrant, comfortable, and has quite complete facilities. If I go to Jogja, I will book a room at this hotel again. Recommended π

2nd time staying here, check in check out process is fast, friendly and very helpful staff, cool room, soft bed, hot and cold water works, varied and delicious breakfast. staying at this hotel is pleasant. The location is in the city center. In front of the hotel there is a seller of Jogja gudeg for breakfast. The room is comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is clean and comfortable.

the quality of the towels is shabby and looks dirty, for a fast check-in process, standard cleanliness, there are several sink covers that are broken but not repaired, there are no instructions for cold and hot water on the water tap, standard beds, please ask the management to open their eyes and ears so that guest suggestions and input are considered!

The location is strategic, just across to Empire XXI. The only drawback is that Jalan Urip Sumoharjo is one-way. Check in for 10 days, the room is always cleaned well. WiFi is quite fast. The electrical socket near the bed needs to be fixed because it still uses the three-hole one.
