In terms of homestay, for the price of people who work in sales, it's pretty cheap and the facilities are okay, the only drawback is maybe a place to find food is a bit difficult, because on average, all western-style restaurants (cmiiw) are definitely expensive, as far as I know, maybe if there's parking for cars, maybe more crowded, oh yes one more addition for the owner please give a big sign/sign (banner) so people know the location because I got lost.

I really enjoyed staying here, just a little disappointed with the WiFi that was not good, other problems? Fast and the place is very comfortable and close to Jemeluk beach, hopefully it can be fixed in the future, thank you from us.

Do not stay anywhere in a km distance of this homestay - you will not sleep this was the worst night of sleep I have ever had. The rooster quite literally made noise the entire night. Every 5 seconds he “sang” again. I did not sleep. I am so upset and tired and and and... The room is nice and clean which is a plus. The family was nice but they hardly greeted us. They did let us make our own eggs at 6am which was a plus considering our early trip to gili air. However, even though they own a small shop in front they only had coffee black - there’s cappuccino mix and milk in their shop, why isn’t it an option in the homestay??? Somehow they slept through the cries of the roosters who seemed to not care about sleep - I lived on a farm and it was never this bad. I can deal with a pigsty smell, I cannot deal with incessant noise that makes having a place to stay pointless. I would have rather slept on the beach. This booking was completely misleading and I would never have paid for it if I could go back.

Pros: cheap, spacious and clean bathroom, close to the beach, around 100 meters behind the homestay, friendly owner, there is AC + fan, spacious bed, spacious room. Disadvantages: it is located in a narrow alley, can only enter a motorbike, the sheets are a lot of stains, the stairs are too uphill, it is difficult to carry heavy items, homestays are side by side with the pigsty. the smell and sound of pigs to the room.

The hotel looks good, until we were interested in booking at this hotel, it's a pity we didn't come to stay because when the earthquake happened on the island of Lombok, I think this hotel is suitable for you backpackers.

I think this homestay gonna be the best homestay in Amed. Great location, only 1 min walk to the beach. The owner is really nice, friendly, always takes care and full of kindness. The room was very clean and comfy. Perfect breakfast everyday. Don't hesitate to book here!
