very happy at villa khoo,, the villa is nice & clean,, complete equipment,, the mountain view is nice,, mang jajang is very kind,, next to the villa there is a fishing spot, it makes you feel even more at home,, the kids are really happy here,, next time I want to come here again ahh 🤗❤️

Very satisfied with the holiday here. The field is spacious. Karaoke on the 1st and 2nd floors.

You won't be disappointed, the villa guards are also kind and friendly.

Homey, comfortable and easy to access. The spacious yard has been provided with badminton and shuttlecock, there is also a soccer game. Karaoke is okay but the mic can be updated again.

Cleanliness is also okay because I brought a baby under 2 years old, requested cleanliness of the room and sheets when they arrived, everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much. The upstairs bathroom shower is broken, the sheets are not changed after people co only cleaned. The sink water often clogs. Offer all good all very comfortable.

The road is paved but there is no information about it so you can't enter, the parking is also said to be 2 cars but in fact it is 1 small car.

I think it's just not clean enough, try to pay more attention to the bed sheets, they're dirty, there's a lot of dirt, there should be tissue in every room and most importantly the swimming pool should be taken care of more because it's very dirty for swimming, the dirt immediately dissolves everything. I don't like swimming.

Kami check in hari minggu, perjalanan ke sini dari cimory di atas jam 12pm sudah tidak bisa naik karena giliran yang turun, ada calo ojek minta 200 ribu yang menawarkan mengantar mendampingi ke cisarua, awalnya diminta 200 ribu/mobil totalnya 600 ribu untuk 3 mobil, penawaran yang alot akhirnya kami dapet 450 ribu melewati jalan extreme untuk sampai ke villa. Sampai di sana setelah lihat interior, furniture, exterior ada beberapa masalah yang masih bisa dimaklumi hingga yang fatal, wastafel untuk cuci piring mampet lalu merembes, bocor, jadi kelihatan jorok, sabun cuci piring kebanyakan air daripada sabun, bed agak bau, stop kontak master room tidak berfungsi, Ok itu standar, tapi yang fatal di lantai dasar begitu hujan lebat air merembes dari sela-sela keramik, sehingga lantai dasar tidak bisa digunakan karena jadi seperti banjir, ditambah lagi suasana di samping villa pas sekali dengan aliran sungai/kali menambah kesan scarry ketika hujan turun dengan derasnya semalaman, ya kami khawatir kebanjiran/longsor, liburan kali ini dapet villa yang lantainya banjir. Besoknya kami lapor ke penjaga villa, parahnya lagi menurutnya sudah biasa ada plus minusnya, kalau lampu mati, ya itu sih biasa, perbaiki dong, ini banjir loh, rembes keluar air dari lantai, harusnya direnovasi bukan disewakan terus menerus, ya kasian yang sewa tidak tau. Maaf tapi itu fatal dan mengerikan. Dan baru kali ini dapet villa seperti ini.

My mistake, didn't read carefully if it's no pet friendly while I brought my little doggies 2 toy poodles. But have spoken with the villa but allowed and given an excuse. Means a lot! Thank you so much! Minus, very poor hospitality, poor operational, poor service, and poor troubleshoot. The first day we arrived at Villa Khoo at 14.06, my family and I deliberately went elsewhere so that we could check in and relax. Arriving at the villa, the villa is not clean & tidy. The swimming pool is dirty, the water is weak, there are some tissue trash. Honestly, I was shocked, especially when I brought a large family and my sister had severe allergies and my younger siblings had planned to immediately swim to the villa but couldn't because it was so dirty, and the villa guard said that it had been cleaned this morning and couldn't be cleaned again. Even though we only stayed 1 night, and if logically it can only be cleaned tomorrow, it means useless. He said the pool was dirty because the previous guest swam and made it dirty which in my opinion there is no solution and instead seeks a defense. Even the villa keeper said "if you want a nice villa, don't look for a full booking" even though I don't know anything and have booked from July🙏🏼. The TV in the main living room was broken, the screen was broken. All plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls and plates are all greasy, not clean, even there is still a lot of dirt left on them. On Sunday, also at 11.30 a new group arrived and honestly made my family uncomfortable and made us want to rush out of the villa. . So far, it's actually good, but it's a shame it's not well-maintained and there's a shortage of people in the field. And make it less comfortable. That night suddenly a local resident came who said the youth community or whatever I forgot. The point is to ask for a form and a “donation” for security. What I think should be that if you have stayed at a Villa or Hotel there should have been certainty for security, right? Very sorry to bring 1 family and even my grandparents are also here, and do not recommend coming back again. Hopefully the operations and sudden troubleshoots can be fixed in the field.

The villa is exactly the same as photographed. The villa is very cozy and comfortable, all complete, really fun for events because the yard is wide too🥹🤍.

Tempatnya bersih, luas, penjaganya baik banget dan fasilitasnya lengkap. Suasananya yang bikin ga mau pulang next kalau ada kesempatan mudah-mudahan bisa menginap lagi di sini.

Keren sih pelayanannya. Plus.- cozy banget, suasananya santai.- bersih, wangi kamarnya (pertahankan karena ga semua villa kaya gini)- alat masak lengkap banget jadi ga repot.- ga hanya soal villa tapi bisa buat foto foto instagramable banget.- view cakep banget kombinasi gunung, sungai sama villa yang Aesthetics. Bisa plus dan minus.- karena pinggir jalan suka berisik sama motor-motor knalpot brong haha.- tapi bagi yang suka yang ga terlalu sepi ga terlalu ramai ini pas banget dan ketutup sama suara sungai yang asik banget buat healing.
