The description of the room is not clear, if sharia is written the title is sharia, if indeed for 2 guests you have to use a certain room, put it in the hotel description, the room is nice but there is no place to drink, soap, toothpaste at a price of 220,000. Very disappointed, not again.

Enak dan nyaman untuuk istirahat. Kekurangan hanya 1. Tidak ada air minum, galon pun di depan kamar kosong. Buat yang baru dateng malam agak repot kalau mau minum

When I checked in, I even said there were no rooms. Continue to be given a room like it was used by someone. Where the wet bathroom has hair. The service is not friendly at all! Even though I ordered this hotel for my friends from out of town, the service and hotel were bad.

There is no toothpaste brush soap, even though you are using deluxe ... please include it. if that's not the case, so that the city is ready for toiletries ... the receptionist is not pleasant.

What a standard mess, the pillow sheets were not washed, smelly .. finally moved to deluxe, a bit not bad .. if you don't complain, don't replace it.

Asked for additional towels saying there were no towels, the room had no trash cans, just mineral water was also not there 🤣
