2 stars hotel with 5 stars services! They really strict with covid 19 prevention protocol. Also, one of the services that makes me in awww is when I had dinner on their restaurant. the chef found out I didn’t eat the egg yolk because it is half boiled egg and she over to re-cooked the egg if I don't like the half boiled egg. It was so nice gesture from her. Also one guy at restaurant that had me having his lighter as I don't have mine. Its awesome! They really paid attention into details

Never come for Clean Room Next Day. No Provide 2 Room key If come with Family. If Consider International Standard as celebrate with Swiss-bell hotel. The Standard was not match even one (1) Star. So just Say Zest hotel do not Combined name with Swiss Bell Hotel. It was Spoil Swiss hotel name as well. In TV there is No International Channel only Local Channel. How can you consider Zest was an International Hotel. I stay many Times in Zest Hotel also I have Provided many times my Feed Back to Receptions as well. In Menu said many Things but when Order in Room Service Nothing was Available. So better Remove from your Room Service Menu. Just Write Those which was Available. No point so big menu but Nothing was Available. And We have to Buy from Grab Food or Other Restaurenet.
