I got placed on the first floor, right above the parking space for the hotel. Everytime a loud vehicle parked I can hear it from inside of the room, probably will get higher floored room next time I stay here. Also when I was laying in the bed, I can hear the sounds of TV from the next room, I think the sound proofing can be upgraded. This one probably my biggest complaint, the bed is easily sliding. If you sit on the bed and lay your torso to the bed head, the bed will easily slide to the front. It was pretty bad, maybe can put carpets or something to avoid the bed from sliding around. Amenities are standard, nothing really special. Room size was adequte for 2 people. Room was clean, from the bed to the toilet, pretty spotless. Staff was really friendly.

In my opinion, the front office is not professional in their work, joking and enjoying themselves, the AC in the lobby is very hot and only 1 of the 4 ACs are on, I asked about the price of food and the restaurant buffet, none of them knew and answered as best they could. The TV is all blurry, there is nothing to watch

The hotel staff is friendly, check in and check out are also very fast. The downside is that there are no towels / mats in the bathroom. Maybe they forgot to prepare them / there really aren't any. Suitable for those who want to staycation for work / just stay overnight. So far the room is also comfortable, but the bedsheets have stains.

The cleanliness is a bit lacking, the glass is black from coffee. But what's more disappointing, the pillows available in the room are only 2 and they are already flat. When I wanted to borrow a pillow I was charged Rp. 50,000 (per pillow). In my entire stay in hotels, usually only a deposit but never asked for payment for pillow rental. And strangely there is no proof of receipt of payment, whether it is a management rule or it goes into the employee's personal pocket. Just stay here once. Really not recommended. 🙏🙏🙏.

Actually, I like the interior design of the hotel, the staff are also very friendly, the only thing that is disappointing is that the sheets don't look like they have been replaced, they look like they have dirty spots, then when you first enter you can smell something fishy. Advantages: 1. Fast check in. I arrived at 430pm then attached my ID card and 100k deposit, asked for the complete specifications of the room I wanted. 2. I was given a hair dryer loan. 3. The elevator can be accessed from the parking lot. Disadvantages: 1. From the front of the hotel, go up the stairs to the lobby and no one will help - no one can be asked (BUT there is also a rail to disable or carry luggage) 2. The towels are clean but smelly. Thank God I brought a small towel for my face, in the toilet there is only a toothbrush. Soap is in the shower area. 3. The sheets have yellow spots (covered by the blanket, looks like they are stained and not washed properly) 4. The room has a window but faces the wall of the next building. The room with a city view is said to be under renovation. 5. Only one elevator operates (the other one is there but it seems to be under renovation) 6. There is no wardrobe. 7. Restaurants menu is white rice, uduk rice, fried kwetiau noodles, crispy fish, capcay, vegetable soup, porridge (without any porridge), fruit, bread. Honestly disappointed with the breakfast. Everything is carbo. Not many variants. Ordered an omelette and it's been 7 minutes and it's not ready even though there's no queue and it's done in the kitchen, not outside. 8. Apparently the lobby can be without a receptionist.
