Bedroom was poor, extremely hot and stuffy Had to have the window open but made little difference and then lots of noise. Pillows poo quality and very hard. Bathroom very small and shower over bath, temperature setting broken and water was on scalding hot. Pool area dated and tired full of children’s swimming lessons, shower area in the pool smelt of drains

Staff were great, and room was a good size and super clean. Room refresh was much appreciated. Minor quibbles would be that the shower pressure/shower head was poor and the TV (and room in general) a bit outdated, but the comfy bed, armchairs, and attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff made up for it. Jacuzzi and sauna was also lovely. Balcony was unexpected and nice but the seagulls were very aggressive!

Overall a decent trip. Had three rooms between us and one (519) had a pretty awful smell the entire time. We were so busy we didnt have time to complain so just dealt with it… but how the maids aren’t saying anything or the hotel just ignore it is beyond me. The other rooms were decent enough and the price is very fair…
If you can steer clear of the stale smell. Definitely recommend.

Functional hotel as it’s central, overall my room was ok but things that should have been checked weren’t! Staff seemed overwhelmed and mistakes can happen.

Friendly staff and a reasonably comfortable room. The area around the hotel is mostly office buildings and there are very few amenities or things to see. But we found taxis quickly and easily every time we wanted to go somewhere else.
