The staff was wonderful during our two night stay. Extremely friendly. The room was wonderful with lots of space to move around. Breakfast was excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The property is located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. The host was inviting, pleasant, and provided a brief history lesson that allowed us to appreciate Derry much more! There are a couple pubs and a pizza place within 1-2 minute walk. The walk to Derry Walls (and area) is conveniently ~15 minutes away, however, be prepared to walk up and down steep inclines/many stairs - bringing a bottle of water would have been a good idea. Cheers!

We only had one night in Londonderry and we believe we made a good choice with this bed and breakfast. The host was very nice and provided a good breakfast. The location was good. It was walkable restaurants and sights we wanted to see while in Londonderry. We were able to park very close. The room was good for us and we were happy to have our own bathroom. The room was a little small for managing big travel suitcases but that was expected. Overall, our experience was great and I’d be happy to return if I have the opportunity. I’d also recommend it to others.

A very welcoming stay with some Derry history thrown in. Very convenient for a walk into the city through the lovely park. Food was good and we were looked after well. Nothing was too much trouble.

The staff and proprietor were awesome with information and helpfulness. The room was exceptionally clean. The town was a little too far to walk even though we tried. We had to take a taxi back.

Tomas was extremely helpful guiding us to an off the street parking and even carried in my monster luggage to the room. The room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable.

Had a restful stay. Host warm and welcoming. Went out of the way to show us about the town. Breakfast was great.

Tucked away in a small neighborhood. Parking is tight. The room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was really small but there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delightfully delicious. Really good coffee.

Mary, Thomas and Michelle did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Rose Park is a lovely B&B with spacious, cute rooms in a safe area a bit outside the city center. The family who runs this place is so amazing! They are all very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious. I wish I could have stayed longer!
