Hotel Green Park Madama Spa & Wellness

Set in the hills outside Tivoli. Woke to bird song off our tree top patio. Shower and bathroom are excellent. The bed is fine- the room is a little on the small side with a lack of outlets for charging devices.

I like the hotel. It is located in a forest but easily accessed.

Fantastic staff, excellent location, will be even better when new spa opens. Only slight downside is poor road up to hotel, otherwise brilliant and fantastic value for money with great breakfast.

We used this hotel as an overnight stopover, late flight into Rome and heading to Pescara. Check in was very quick, as was checking out. All done with a smile. We had a beer in the small bar after check in. Not very welcoming bar, so we went upstairs to bed straight after that one. The entrance to the hotel from the main road takes you up a winding track road. The sign for the hotel on the main road is easily missed, I caught it at the side of my eye as we passed (night time) and had to turn around further up the road. Once on the track road there are enough signs to keep you right. The hotel is a fair size, rooms small, most people looked to be doing as we did, stopping over for the night. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Don't drink the hotel tap water, I made that mistake and paid for it over the next couple of days. Overall a basic stopover hotel.

The room was a little small and sparsely furnished but was clean and modern. Bathroom looked new. Previously a monastery! Was an easy on off the east west highway and about an 45 mins from Fiumicino Airport at 10pm. We wanted somewhere en route to clear Rome on arrival and miss morning city traffic. This was perfec. Breakfast was usual continental of cheese, meats, cereal, fruit and coffee. Naples

Really nice hotel but incredibly hard to find, more sign posts would be a help to travelers not familiar with the area. Very helpful staff, clean & good value

This is a modern, small hotel located in the hills outside of Tivoli. The staff is extremely friendly! The room was great - modern, clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. There is a coffee shop/bar and restaurant on site but unfortunately they were closed during our stay. The large breakfast room has a nice balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. The breakfast was very disappointing. Maybe because it was low season and there were only few guests the selection was minimal - empty bowls on the buffet table, some bread, jam, one cake, a few whole pieces of fruit. The waitress asked us if we wanted cheese and ham and came back with chunks of canned disgusting ham and plastic like slices of cheese (rather disappointing in Italy). So aside from the food this is a nice place to stay if you want to stay close to Tivoli.

Good stop over hotel. We found it convenient as it was outside of major city of Rome and easy for us to continue our car journey.

Stayed one night for a quick re-vist to Tivoli on the way to Rome. Hotel was fine, modern, large, staff great. We had a problem with the kitchen that the staff quickly resolved to our total satisfaction. Hard to find if you miss the sign. Exit A25, turn right, go about 2 kilometers and there is a sign on the right for Green Park, with a couple other signs. Turn AT THE SIGN onto a poorly maintained, small road, even by Italian standards. Go 1 kilo, cross the A25 on a bridge, follow signs and end up in a lovely parklike setting, quiet, safe and scenic.

Good value hotel in a nice setting. Dinner in the restaurant was a little disorganised but a good choice available at breakfast
