Check in process was smooth and efficient, staff was quick, attentive, helpful and very welcoming. Dinner is well worth it and the breakfast spread was great. Would highly recommend!

Very close to the airport, the people were very accommodating, specially the morning person at the reception who helped us to call Avis to replace our car that has a battery issue, and the bus driver who took is back and forth 2 times to the airport

The location is very close to the airport and the hotel has a convenient shuttle service for 3.5euro. It is pricey in Italian standards and I expected a much better experience. The only option to eat if you do not have a car is the hotel restaurant, which is ok but expensive in Italian standards. The check in staff was rude but the morning check out person was friendly. The room is nice and bed is comfortable but I had severe issues with water pressure and could not take a normal shower, which was a bad experience after a long flight. When I complained at the front desk, it appears that they know about this problem. There was a blinking light in the room that was also very disturbing. The bottom line is that they are doing a bad job with the maintenance which severely affected my stay. I will not be back.

Service was wonderful. The building is a former nobility’s residence and looks fabulous outside and in. The hotel shuttle takes you from and to terminal one of Malpensa airport in 5 minutes, yet there is hardly any noise at night from air traffic.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a one-night stay before our early morning flight. It's not a luxury hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located less than a mile from the airport.
The room was basic but had everything we required: a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a TV. It served its purpose perfectly for a short stay.
The proximity to the airport was the biggest advantage. It made catching our flight stress-free and saved us on expensive taxi fares.

Dinner service was slow in the restaurant and when the food arrived it was cold. The bathroom in the room had no heating and the window draft is significant. Very very cold bathroom to prepare in. We have previously stayed here in the summer and we enjoyed it but it is not the right hotel for winter time, and we will not be using the restaurant again.
