Awful ! What an absolute shame ! There were a lot of mushroom and mold inside the shower, the only answer is “I know”. They shouldn’t be allowed to rent apartment knowing that ! We won’t go there again, even if they paid us ! It’s disgusting, it’s funny that our only wish was to leave this apartment as soon as we check in. We absolutely advice to go any elsewhere ! Except that, it is dirty, the is no tea towel and it’s noisy!

Our stay was spoiled by all the extra fees that we were charged on our arrival. I think it depends on what website you book with, but with Weekendesk the price of the property did not include pretty much anything (no breakfast, no bedsheets nor towels). The annoying thing is that the terms and conditions of what the residence offers are hidden and not easy to find on your booking. There is a fee for cleaning your flat at the end of the holiday (€50 - €70); a fee of €7 per day and, if you want bedsheets and towels, you have to pay €20 per person. Plus, we checked in half an hour later than the check-in time and we had to pay a €20 fee. The apartment was spacious and clean, but the furniture was average. I would not stay there again because of the lack of clarity with their booking system.

The apartments do not meet the needs of more than 2 people, there is only one wardrobe for the entire apartment, in fact we were two copies and in the second bedroom we had none. The bathroom is very bare and there are only 2 washing machines for the entire residence. The only positive thing was the availability of the operator.

Spacious and clean apartment, presence of working air conditioners in all rooms, furnishings to be reviewed, in our apartment with double bedrooms there were no chests of drawers and bedside tables, only a 2-door wardrobe and small shelves on the sides of the bed. TV in both bedrooms, but absent in the living area. The bathroom is acceptable but the toilet is completely attached to the shower wall, useful hangers for bathrobes are also missing. Small and unlivable terrace despite there being a table with chairs that are inaccessible due to the presence of gas cylinders, a drying rack and an air conditioner that blows hot air while it is in operation. Condominium washing machine only. Although there are things to review and improve, you can still adapt, the building is new with good potential. However, the beauty of the island and the sea allowed us to have an excellent holiday!

My experience was not very positive, although there was supposed to be a washing machine in the apartment we only found the provision and there were only two washing machines, out of three systems available for the entire residence. I was told that it was not possible to move the television which I only had in the bedroom and not in the living room/kitchen but, more seriously, I was told that they could not mount the shower because there was no provision for it while it was clear that someone would had broken and instead of fixing it they disposed of it. It's a shame because the residence is very expensive and no one does anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
