Wonderful clean hotel great location. Breakfast is delicious with lots of variety . The only bad thing is the smell in the room it was like sewer smell. We booked two rooms one had this smell. It’s an excellent hotel except from that issue. Staff friendly and helpful

Probably one of the better hotels in rimini, funished to a nice standard. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is amazing, incredible selection and high quality. Beach is close and lovely ...across the promenade. Would definitely return.

Wir hatten die Angabe „high floor“ bei der Buchung gemacht, jedoch bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 2.OG, das Unterste Geschoss mit Zimmern. Nach reklamieren an der Rezeption konnten wir am nächsten Tag in das 5. ( von 6) umziehen. Das war erfreulich. Die Aufzüge sind etwas unkoordiniert. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Super friendly staff. Quite noisy next to the Bounty bar. Nice and modern inside the hotel. Very poor first impression appearance from the main road (needs to be sorted). smarter on the beach front.

The property was great a short stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants: very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and great room. The only negative was we did not stay longer. Parking is high at €28 a day but I am sure you could find an alternative nearby.

Lovely hotel, however there is a live music restaurant next door called the Bounty and if you do book, please consider choosing the rooms that are 12 onwards, i.e. 2nd floor would be 212 or higher / 3rd floor would be 312 or higher etc, as those rooms are the farthest from the Bounty.
This is NOT the hotel's fault, but the inconsiderate attitude of the restaurant, who believe music should be pumped-out at 13 or 14 out of 10!
The outdoor pool was nice, along with the chaise longue's and the big umbrellas, with two outdoor whirlpools that comfortably accommodate 4 people in each (5 is cosy!), but room cleanliness and staff friendliness were each, utterly brilliant.
Breakfasts were well catered with plenty of choice too and the catering staff were very attentive, accommodating and friendly (you must try their omelettes they make for you whilst you watch, as these are simply delicious).

For most of our stay at the hotel it was quiet at night, however on the Saturday night there was loud and continuous music from a nearby night club - so loud in fact that it was clearly heard inside our sixth floor room with the windows closed.
No sleep was possible until after midnight.
Therefore avoid this hotel on a Saturday night!

Our experience in Rimini wasn’t the best (don’t go on a Sunday in March. Nothing is open) it was sooo difficult to figure out where to park in this hotel. We had to stop the car in front, on the main street (and the hotel looks abandoned and empty from that side) I had to walk around a weird side path to the front facing the beach- which is a pedestrian only zone with no cars. To go in and have them tell me to instruct my husband to drive onto the no pedestrian zone (very slowly) for a couple minutes to park in the garage. They should definitely specify that somewhere! The hotel room itself was nice, good view of the beach and comfortable bed, big room. The hotel is modern and updated inside. They didn’t speak much English at all. That’s understandable. Burnt my hand touching something on the wall that later turned out to be a light! Don’t do that ;)
