The Thai Si is my favorite place to stay in the Treviso area. It’s convenient to Venice , priced well, and very peaceful!

Overall the hotel is amazing, only downfall would be where it's located as there's only one train station 7 mins drive from the hotel and getting to that train station you require a taxi. The hotel can accommodate a taxi for you as well as provide you with a hotel taxi but it's 15 euros one way just to get to the train station. Overall the hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful they made sure everything was accommodated for. It's a peaceful location and perfect if you need to get away for a few nights, traviso is only a few stops and vencie central is about 50 mins on the train which was great, only downfall is I had to rush back by 8pm so i could get back to the hotel without any issues. That didn't change my experience as I was exploring Venice all day long and i could come back to the hotel in time to relax and get food from the hotel restataunt. The massage facilities were also great, staff Anna and Erica along with the manager were incredibly friendly and helpful

Abbiamo prenotato e pagato una camera vista lago, ma arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato una camera vista parcheggio. Una volta chiesto di poter cambiare camera, ci dicono che l’hotel purtroppo è pieno e che non è possibile. Ci dicono che è un problema di gestionali interni e che purtroppo non ci possono fare niente se non offrirci la spa o la cena ma purtroppo avendo già altri piani e non avendo un costume con noi, non abbiamo usufruito. Ci hanno anche detto che, proprio a causa di questa gestione, a volte le informazioni non vengono passate…quindi vi consigliamo di fare attenzione e sempre un passaggio con la struttura.
Unica nota positiva la colazione, molto buona e variegata. Peccato perché il posto è bello, ma non ci torneremo.

We stayed for 1 night. The room was dated. Air conditioner was broken. Lights were flickering in the bedroom and bathroom. Shower head loose and flimsy.
We were charged for toiletries. Couldn't sleep all night as it was too hot and the noise from traffice kept us awake.
I have stayed here before but this time the standard has let us down .
Reception staff offered a room change at 11pm but it was too late fors us to packup everything and move
False advertisement of claiming that rooms are air conditioned.

Great room at a great price. The spa services are excellent. The location on a lake is great. Shares the lake with a wakeboarding place that looks like a lot of fun. The food in the restaurant downstairs is amazing.

The air condition/heater controls didn't work. I had my Poodle' s food on the floor and ants appeared within 20 mins from the closet. They gave me a discount for staying in room 305

My wife and I have been going to this hotel for years. We love it and I will continue to go. This time I went alone and the service was different. When I am with my (Italian) I never leave my ID at the desk, but this time yes. I never stood at the restaurant's entryway longer than 30 seconds, but this time much longer. No problem because I will continue to go. Just something that I was shocked to see. It is a lovely place.

This is one of the nicer hotels I stayed in during my three months in Italy. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is good. And the view of the lake is beautiful. The staff spoke great English and I was very happy with my stay here.
