What an amazing experience! Velia B&B is one of the nicest places I've stayed in Italy! Marina and Mario, the proprietors, are charming, responsive, reliable and make amazing hosts. Besides normal things like recommending local restaurants and walks, Marina also helped us book a little boat to tour to see the sights from the water and swim at otherwise inaccessible beaches! Breakfast is incredible! Fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit and plenty of drink options. Not to forget the homemade cappuccinos that keep coming through breakfast! The rooms are small and clean. A shared bathroom keeps the cost down but there was never a wait. It feels incredibly homey. Location is absolutely perfection! A block away from live music, bars, restaurants and activities. So you can get to anything by foot in about 5 minutes, but the street outside is quiet and calm. Book your trip here!

It's not the first time I've stayed at this B&B. I booked for a week and The welcome of Mrs. Marina is the strong point of this structure. Mario and his son are also super available, they are a big family. Clean rooms and plentiful breakfast. It feels like home. Thanks for everything. Serena and Valentina.

The BB is extremely clean: perhaps the cleanest place I have ever been. There isn't a drop of limescale in the shower cubicle even if you look for it. When you enter, you are greeted by a good smell and the air "seems clean", typical of regularly cleaned environments. Every detail is taken care of and refined: new furniture, the very comfortable mattress, the perfectly ironed sheets, the presence of a real hairdryer in the bathroom, extra rolls of toilet paper available without having to ask, a couple of lines for hanging up bathing suits with clothes pegs (new ones too) double pillow, one high and one low (and one more in the wardrobe) set of very soft towels available, air conditioning in perfect working order and VERY FAST Wi-Fi, so fast that I did a speed test to see how far it went. The location is splendid: you are just a few steps from both the seafront promenade and the Serapo beach. Breakfast is plentiful and served in the common room where there are magazines, books, TV and various guides for getting around the area. The staff is wonderful: Mario and Marina, the owners are kind and discreet, always ready for advice to make the holiday in Gaeta unforgettable: in our case, they succeeded! Highly recommended!

A short stay with Mrs. Marina and Mr. Mario where we will certainly return. Exceptional cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was excellent, as was the location of the structure from where you can easily access both medieval Gaeta and the Serapo beach! Advised.
