Verdura Resort

Oh my. What a delight!! I took a fall in Palermo (on my face) so we wanted someplace peaceful to relax and heal for a few days. This was it!! Our room was amazing. The spa was phenomenal!! All restaurants and food were top notch. Loved the bikes everywhere. 2 golf courses. Pool. Beach. This was a splurge for us, but truly spectacular in every way.

The service is the best we have encountered in over 100 hotel stays. Fantastic facilities, excellent food.

Absolutely first class experience, superb resort and staff very friendly and attentive. The many, varied food options were all superb too!

Verdura resort is a wonderful place ! Location is awesome , the SPA is phenomenal including all the treatments , tennis center is fantastic ! Marco at the tennis center is wonderful !! The only mark against the experience is the average quality of the food served which should be improved to garner the 5th star . Other than that is a must stay ❤️

Verdura Resort is an ideal place to spend a couple of days relaxing. That’s what we did. The beach and pool area were perfect for that. The staff were very attentive and provided us with great service. The restaurants had excellent food. Thank you for welcoming us!!!!

Everything, it is a perfect spot for a 2-3 days of good rest in Sicilia.

This property is beautiful and a luxury resort. However, it is a little remote and sight seeing is limited. But if going to relax in luxury- this is the place!

Verdura is the kind of resort where the options for the day are endless - whether that be languid days by the beach or the pool, or an active day of golf, tennis, or even Padel! The rooms are amply sized and the Irene Forte toiletries are divine, and the twice daily turn down service keeps everything pristine. We also loved travelling everywhere on site with the free bicycles that were scattered across the property. We went here for our honeymoon as a conduit to this region of Sicily and it is every bit as heavenly as you might imagine with bucolic rolling hills against the backdrop of the ocean. Splendid. My only criticism is that so many activities are chargeable! I have stayed in many hotels and most don’t charge for tennis/Padel courts and non-motorised water activities (eg SUP, kayaking). If you decide to pursue these activities, it is well worth having a coach lesson (Tom for golf and Leo for Padel were fantastic). The food is excellent but also expensive so I recommend having the occasional dinner at one of the many excellent trattorias in the Sciacca city centre. Overall, a lovely stay!

This is an excellent resort. My only gripe is that they need to get with the times and put a good coffee maker in the room (a good cup of coffee is a must upon waking up and having to wait until going to breakfast is no fun) and install TVs that allow Netflix and Prime Video streaming. The resort TV offers tons of channels, but in English only news or sports.

I wish the property would have contacted me Before my arrival to make reservations for Dining, golf And spa. It was very crowded due to A tournament of which I was unaware.

Beautiful property but limited and very overpriced food options. Far from town. The room required repairs which hotel chose to ignore even upon multiple requests. Definitely not a 5 star service

Verdura resort is relaxed luxury done to ABSOLUTE perfection. Just returned from our four night stay and can’t wait to go back. The resort setting is spectacular to say the least. Everything is there for you, restaurants, bars, spa, gym, shops, the beach and an enormous pool. The service is 5 star on all levels. The staff know your name and do everything with a smile. Special thanks to Christian at the Granita bar, a true gem!

Excellent hotel to relax, and if you play golf it is ideal, but you do need a car if you wish to visit any of the 'sights' on the island. Great setting, excellent rooms, staff all well trained and all provide a 5 star service. Ignore the whinging 'reviews' who complain about the prices, or trivia. This is a quality 5 star hotel in a wonderful setting - it isn't Butlins, Center Parcs, or McDonalds - so if you have noisy demanding sprogs - leave them at home.

nice stay, golf course was in good shape. Spa facilities excellent. Restaurants were so-so particularly given the price. Hey man - this is Italy, you have to be on your game.

Beautiful property and amazing service. Great location, friendly and attentive service and a kids club that kids actually look forward to go to! Only (slight) disappointment is the beach, not the best for swimming but that is common in Sicily
