The best hotel in Nagoya. This is My 2nd time staying in the hotel. Room is clean and spacious and staff is very helpful. Very convenient location.

A super fancy hotel for a great price! It’s right next to the train station so it’s very easy to get around and explore Nagoya- also only one stop away from Nagoya station where the Shinkansen runs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage there free of charge for the day despite already checking out. The view from our hotel room was amazing and the room itself was spacious. I don’t know if this is in every room, but we had a bathtub and a shower. They gave many amenities and small things like toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, brushes, combs, water, etc. The beds were also very comfortable and big enough to fit two people in a bed (wasn’t even a queen size bed). I will absolutely be staying here again when I come back to Nagoya!!!

Love the location of this property. I previously lived in Nagoya for 2-years. While not as immediately noticable for it's location versus Nagoya station proper, it has way easier convenience for accessing Nagoya region with JR Tokaido and Chuo lines. Meitetsu lines (including direct access to Chubu Centrair Airport) and Nagoya Subway lines. Navigating through Kanayama station is super easy and much less stressful than Nagoya station. The hotel features a great and welcoming staff and the service is fantastic. Will stay here again and again.

Easy access as just few minutes walk to Kanayama station. Staff are nice and efficient, and room is spacious and value for money.

Rainy morning, got off the train from Tokyo to see the castle and on to Kyoto. The “old man” kicked in and I was exhausted and hot. Saw this place, price was right. It was absolutely lovely, and so was the staff. Thank you so much for my 24 hour respite.

Conveniently located hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights —made it our home base for F1 race. The staff from front desk, to house keeping, to dining room staff were all very friendly & helpful. The hotel is literally beside the train station which made it so convenient to get to the race. FYI, you can’t here the trains ☺️ We needed to do laundry since we had started our trip 5 days prior from Tokyo —the laundromat is just one street behind the hotel. While the laundry was being done (it washes & dry in the same machine) we went to the grocery store a block away, so convenient. The hotel’s breakfast buffet is a wonderful treat every morning. There’s also a lot of little restaurants close to the hotel. One downfall of the hotel is the over powering flowery fragrance that fills the main foyer every day. It triggered my allergies. Most hotels are usually scent free. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel to family & others.

The property meets all expectations for a business traveler with all the necessities. Staff, services, and cleanliness is great.

Room was rather small with 3rd person using sofa bed; not much room to move about.

This hotel is conveniently located to the train station. It takes less than 30 mins by speed airport express line. Not a lot of shopping nearby, but there is a good selection of restaurants nearby.
