Fantastic customer service. We checked in our bags as we arrived early and they had already placed them in our room when we finally checked into the room.
From the front desk to their bar, their customers service was top notch. They really made our stay in Toyama so easy.

I stay in this hotel frequently. The staff are excellent. The lobby area and restaurant are also excellent. The rooms are small as is typical for a Japanese hotel, but they need some updating. The rugs in the rooms are old and in this latest visit my rug had a patch.

No staff in port to help with luggage or car. Inside staff reluctant when asked to take luggage to room. HORRIBLE bed. Ancient tv. Staff unfamiliar with norms. Only the breakfast gains them any points.

The service here is superb and attentive. The buffet breakfast as well as their dinner is not only value for money but of quality. Pretty near the train station and makes it pretty easy to visit the castle too

Have stayed at ANA Crowne Plaza Toyama several times over the last few years as well as a few others in Toyama. The place is always great and accommodating to American Travelers. The breakfast is great and offers a lot of western traditional dishes. Not to mention the Sky Bar with great view to finish off a night out. Excel Toyku is also very nice for westerners, but it would be my second choice behind the ANA Crowne Plaza Toyama.
