Small room and tiny bathroom but that was expected. Very comfortable bed, good shower in the bathroom, the room was very clean and equiped with everything l needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Monday thru Thursday nights. Great location, near Trams 1 and 5, and close enough to airport bus stop. Lots of eating choices within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. Ate the hotel breakfast once; hot dishes were quite good.
On the Wednesday night, experienced cigarette smoke apparently from the ventilation system, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. (There's always at least one moronic guest.) Staff put me in a different room for the last night---grateful for the accommodation.

The hotel is in a good location, 10 to 15 minutes walk from the main train station, or a few minutes from a tram stop. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller, but that's to be expected for a budget hotel. The free breakfast was very basic and catered more towards the Japanese diet - there weren't many western food options.

After experiencing the delights of the Comfort Hotel in Okinawa I was looking forward to using another in the chain.
What a come down.
None of the facilities on offer in Okinawa available here, and it's obvious the hotel is overdue a major refurbishment.

Nearby to a tram stop & Dejima. A 10min walk to the JR station. Small but clean rooms. Buffet breakfast was simple but fit fof purpose. Not sure if its the same Comfort as in Nordic Choice chain of Scandinavia. Decent budget option if booked af the right price.

Very convenient to get to the harbour (about a 5 min walk). Very close to transport etc. The staff have minimal English but are very helpful and polite.

Although a little far from JR Nagasaki Station, it located at a hub point to visit any direction for sight seeing.
I had problems of Wi-Fi connection, and I could not work with internet after 8:00pm.
The front desk was helpless about it.
The AD was a false regarding Wi-Fi availability at this hotel.

This hotel is located just steps away from the street car station which takes you to JR Nagasaki station in only 2 stops.. The Interior needs little face lift or up date. The room I was in was clean and quiet, but the hall way carpet was bit dirty. This is one of few hotels in Japan that serve free breakfast I thinK, and it was great. You can taste western style and Japanese style, like nice Onigiri. It saves you the time and money for the breakfast.

Typical small Japanese hotel room. Good location one block from Ohato trolley stop. 10 minute walk from Nagasaki station.

I had a reservation for two nights but left after the first night even though I could not get my money back. The air conditioner wasn't working, the bathroom reeked of mold and mildew. The wifi quit about 11 pm and didn't start working again until 6 am. Since I was so hot and the room stunk so, I couldn't sleep so I tried to work. I couldn't do that either. Definitely one of my worst hotel experiences in my many years of traveling.
