Great place to stay in Shinjuku. Was very convenient to get around. Hotel room was nice.

We travelled as a group of 3 and overall enjoyed our stay here. It is about a 8-12min walk to the nearest train station in any direction. It is about 10minutes to the closest shopping and restaurant as well.
The hotel is situated in a quieter area, given the above. Our room was cleaned only if you placed the magnet on the door asking for cleaning services; otherwise a bag was left on the door handle with clean towels and toileteries, which was appreciated.
We were able to send our luggage to this hotel through luggage delivery services without issues.
There is light snacks/beverages in the lobby, limited seating but not too bad if you're there in the early AM (7AM-8AM).

This is one of our favorite hotels to stay at when we come back to Japan. They provide great service for their guests. They have breakfast and snacks for guest to enjoy throughout the day. The rooms are a bit small but it was able to fit about 5 people. I encourage you to stay here.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, near the subway, but if you stay in winter the room is rather cold because there is no heating, but for mattresses, pillows, blankets and bathrooms, everything is comfortable, maybe because the building is still new, yes, for the hotel staff, it is rather unfriendly .
