5泊6日の滞在でした。市電、バス停まで徒歩2〜4分程度のため、とても便利でした。朝食は予約制で前払いでした。値段は安く美味しかったですよ。部屋は綺麗で、問題なし。行く機会があれば利用しようと思います。

ホテルとしては清潔ですが、事前の口コミで騒音の問題が指摘されていたこともあり覚悟はしていました。ただし、騒音は夜10時以降から早朝の間は全くといっていいほど問題は感じませんでした。窓が2重になっており、騒音対策も十分されていると思います。
ただ、JR松山駅とその周辺は店も少なくて、県庁所在地の中心となるJR駅とは思えない印象でした。現在、再開発が行われているようですが、2024年秋に一部オープンした新施設なども、まだまだの状態です。どうしても同じ四国のJR高松駅周辺と比べてしまいます。

コインランドリーが一台しかなかったので、近くの別のコインランドリーを使ったら、とても高かった。
シャンプーとボディーソープのみでハンドソープはない。
ドリンク紙コップが小さめで、必要最低限のホテルという感じだった。

施設は古くからある感じですが、リノベーションされていて綺麗かなと思います
間取りや水周り、コンセント位置などベースが昭和平成初期感があるのでベッド付近にコンセント等なかったのが少し不便を感じました
