Thank you so much to the incredible staff at Couscous Glamping for your exceptional hospitality! This was our first glamping experience, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place than Couscous Glamping in Japan. The entire team made our stay truly memorable. Not only are the staff friendly and helpful, but they are also genuinely kind, passionate, and welcoming. The campsite was stunning, and our tent was spacious and beautifully set up. Although we had to walk about 25 minutes to reach the location, one of the staff members, Fujita Takeshi, kindly offered us a ride back with our luggage. This gesture wasn’t part of their regular service, but it showed just how thoughtful and generous he is. The amenities were top-notch, including restrooms, multiple showers, slippers, towels, and even toothpaste—all provided for our convenience. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you again to the Couscous Glamping team for such an unforgettable experience, and a special thanks to Fujita Takeshi for going above and beyond!
The staff at CousCous were incredible! They were so kind and diligent. We felt at home from the start.
The food was delicious and well priced, the tents were warm, immaculate, and cosy, they all had heated rugs and heaters, we very very comfortable in the middle of winter. Ordering food directly to your tent was so convenient and the food was absolutely amazing, and really good value! (Apple pie was <1000¥) my wife and I had an amazing experience and I strongly recommend them!
Cous Cous is a gem and I feel lucky I found it. It is located in the woods uphill from a non-touristy workaday fishing town. Each glampsite is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and has its own gas BBQ grill. Meals are served on your own patio or at the beautiful cafe onsite, your choice. Food is gourmet. What a meal! At night, the staff light a wood bonfire in the center of camp. They offer make-your-own S’mores on the menu. Wow!
Service is impeccable. Staff was polite, respectful of my privacy and spoke American. The restroom and bathrooms are Japan-clean. Can’t ask for more.
It’s off the beaten path, but it was a vacation from a vacation for me. Thank you, Cous Cous.
