When I visit Tokyo it’s usually for work. This hotel is close to the office and a lot of local amenities. There is a walking/jogging path that goes along the lake which is really pretty and sunrise and sunset. The hotel staff are also so very nice, and polite.

Excellent Hotel for a great price. Staff were beyond wonderful. Right next to an extensive mall with so many interesting stores for every budget. Easy fun food options. Will certainly return!

I booked this hotel because they advertised the beautiful view of the city so I booked a room which I thought with a view. I ended up with a room with a view of another building😔

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Beware if you are coming from Narita like we were , it’s another 2 hours ! However our hotel room was incredible- 1840. Corner room with incredible views and very comfortable beds. All amenities were supplied including toothbrushes/ hairbrushes / shavers etc .. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Futako Tamagawa station and the precinct is lovely and feels very safe. Beware that restaurants in this area close at 10pm. The hotel also has a small onsen which is lovely. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was perfect for our 5 nights - close to everything we needed, very clean, comfortable and cosy. If you want to be close to Shibuya, Tokyo, Shinjuku, Futakotamagawa and this hotel is a great option 😊

The hotel staff was so nice; they waited for me to arrive at the property after my flight landed in Tokyo late. I really appreciated all that they did.
Also, I asked if I could extend my check-out time, and they said I could if I sign up for a rewards card.

Overall I had a great experience here. Most staff were very kind and the breakfast here was amazing. Two things I noticed were, some young staff didn’t provide good service and the trash bag with trash inside was left by the cleaning staff right next to my door. If the hallway is kept clean without trash bags right next to my door everyday it would’ve been a perfect stay.

The service from all the staff is exceptional! They always greet me with a "welcome back!" I had some excess luggage, and they helped me roll all 30 fl down to the airport bus. I really enjoy this boutique hotel.
