Hotel Green Plaza Shodoshima

The views from the lobby and the room were absolutely beautiful. They provide pre-ordered dinner and buffet breakfast options at the hotel, but aside from that there aren’t any food options in the area. There is a Hello Cycle bicycle for rent directly outside the hotel.

Nice hotel with great view to the sea. A bit like Greek environment.

Nice onsen, big breakfast buffet, chill space. I was the only Gaijin.

Let me start by saying, it is with great regret and surprise that I find myself writing this review of a hotel in Japan. First the positives. The hotel is very near to the port, only a few kilometers from it and has a great view of the ocean. There is bus pickup to the hotel. There were also at least two ladies at the front desk that were very kind and professional. Now the negatives. The hotel staff were accommodating when a request was made but only out of obligations not courtesy. It was quite obvious they felt it was an annoyance to them to spend anything more than two minutes assisting you. I could understand this during a busy season, but there were no other guests at reception. The hotel is old and dated. I don't mean old and quaint, I mean dated. There is no internet in the rooms which is fine but for the fact the internet in the lobby did not work. Here's my greatest issue with this hotel. Japan is the land that sets the standard for courtesy and professionalism. But for two ladies that were courteous, the others at reception were "extremely rude." I was left standing at the reception desk on two occasions, "purposely" until I left. On both occasions I was looking for information on how to go from the hotel to the bus so that I could get to the port on the opposite side of the island. The second time I did not leave. The outdoor bath is perfect! Staff were more than helpful, I am very impressed.

Fantastic, traditionel Japanees hotel with the most memorable breakfast ever. Slept on traditionel beds,got kiminoes, no shoes inside and a splendid service. Best hotelon the entire stay in Japan!

十分气憤的經歷 1. 我在13，14号Dec 入住green  plaza，是一泊二食 180 美元 被安排3O9房間，門前的天花破了，封了2x3呎的膠布 2 整夜身子被床虱咬 3.半夜起床去廁所，發現冷气下桌上滿佈黑塵 4. 早上同一個女員工(名字叫小桃，會說廣東語)說身體很痒要求換房，她請示後說換312号給我，因我要趕去直島便離去了 5 整天身上又痒又痛，十分氣憤 6.  6:45p.m.回來後，前台給了我312号的匙，我說要求見店長，我向他投訴，小桃幫我翻譯，但忘了提及冷氣機的事，店長回說这天都有人住在这房間 7. 我在吃晚餐時才記起冷气机戶噴出黑塵的事同小桃講，後來店長交了319房匙給我，是一間3人房 7. 319房間的冷气机上的隔塵網是豎直的插著 8.全座酒店只有312及3O9門口上的天花是破爛被膠紙封著的 8.其實我在11及12号住在海盧(十分好的酒店房間可望到天使之路)，想試試其他的酒店 9.已經到訪过日本多次了，酒店都十分好，這是首次令我十分生氣 Disgruntled totally  1 I lived for two days on 13,14 Dec. respectively with half board included,rate 180 us dollars I was allocated room309 ,right in front of the door,the ceiling was broken so was covered by a plastic sheet 3 feetx2feet. 2.The whole night I was bitten by buds with much itchy  all over the body. 3.When I woke up in the midnight for the toilet ,I found the the desk immediately below the a/c all covered with dust.I switched off the a/c. and cleaned the dust myself. 4.In the morning, I requested to change  room to a female staff named小桃who spoke chinese,she reported the case and promised to change to room 312 .Since I hurried to 直島 on that day,I left right away after breakfast. When I got back to the hotel and requested to meet the manager to express my dismay, with the help of 小桃 for  translation, however I forgot to mention point 3 i.e.the a/c emitting the dust.The manager said that the room housed  guests over the passed days .I told him to sleep in the room for the proof. 4.Right after the complaint, I went

景色怡人，特別是浸溫泉的時候看着日落，看着郵輪經過，令人心曠神怡，煩惱盡消，服務員態度很好，食物質素甚佳，性價比極高，值得推介！

平宜，一泊兩食，只需約HK$1100, 環境好，晚餐當然比不上貴價酒店，但都精致可食，浴場雖細但也有露天向全海的，早餐一般，整體是很值。而且以本地客為多，沒用鄰國人。

朝も夜も、ゆっくりとお風呂に入れ、露天風呂は絶景が最高に良かったです！

地方整潔，員工很友善和幫手。現在新增了有亞洲地區語言的新同事，很幫忙和友善，能解答客人的旅遊資訊。但餐飲方便，菜式就比以前失色，味道方面就比較鹹。

房間完全唔得又細又貴，食物差

従業員さんの対応イベントの餅つき良かったです。露天風呂には大満足。だだ従業員さんがお風呂ジャグジーの中で頭洗っていたのにはガッカリしました。

ロケーションがとても良かったです 部屋のテーブルやカーペットが古かったのが残念。寝る分にはいいホテルでした

Excellent view & comfortable. Staff are nice, friendly & clients oriented. However, some facilities need renovation.

This hotel is wonderful, set dinner is delicious. Staffs are kind, outdoor of hot spring is with beautiful ocean view. Staffs are kind and hospitality. Do book one night with 2 meals while you are doing reservation.

ホテルのフロントから見える小豆島の海がとても綺麗で気持ち良かった。部屋からも海が見えて、きれいな部屋でとてもリラックスして泊まれた。また小豆島へ来たら泊まりに来たいと思った

環境優美，酒店面向濑户內海，但地點有些偏遠
