駐車場まで少し遠かったが、駐車料金がかからないのでそこはとても嬉しかった。
チェックインに対応して下さったフロントの男の方の、話し方、トーンなどとても穏やかで聞き取りやすく、尚且つ丁寧でとても良かった。
初めての利用で心配でしたが、安心出来ました。

The hotel is in a great location close to the centre and also to the main park which was perfect as we were there for the snow festival. The room was very small but designed in such a way that it contained everything needed for a comfortable stay.

the property is clean, the service is a bit creepy and poor. they tried to charge me again at check-in for my reservation despite the fact that I reserved through hotels.com and prepaid the rate. the location is convenient to the trolley that runs around town. the property is dark, and the rooms small and poorly lit. it probably hasn't been renovated since the 90's or early 2000's.

When they say "business hotel" we now know it means very small rooms. No English language TV channel. Short walk to Odori Park and Susuchino district was good.

広さも十二分、空気清浄機もあり、ぐっすり休む
ことができました。

中心部からやや距離がありますが、美術館が近い良い環境、市電乗り場が目の前で便利。建物は古くて壁も薄いですが、仕方ありません。スタッフの方は親切でした。ロビーにフリードリンクのサーバーがあります。

寝泊まりさえ出来れば良かったので大して期待もせずに安かったから予約したが、設備は古いものの清潔感があり、部屋も広く大変快適でした。
