location is good to see downtown Kobe however they do not have parking and only have one elevator so it might take awhile to go up and down. during my stay my room had a hole in the wall just a little bigger then a USD quarter. front desk spoke basic english which is not bad just know their might be a language barrier. overall i would stay again for the price.

We had a smoking room instead of non-smoking. Maybe i made a mistake during the booking process, but for me it was not so clear on the website. Except that we had a pleasant stay with a nice breakfast :-)

初めて利用したホテルでしたが、１階にあるはずのカフェがやっていない。周りにコンビニがいくつかあるのと、大好きなベーカリーや松屋さんといった有名なお店があるので、カフェの件は仕方ないとして…、チェックインの時に渡されたカードキーがあまりにもくたびれていて。使い捨てしてないのは現代に合ってるのかも知れませんが、限度があるかと。部屋に入った瞬間、ん？何の臭い？と。私は臭いに敏感な方ではないのですが、気になりました。あと、入浴中に温泉の硫黄のような臭いも。それは一瞬だったのですが、びっくりしました。
禁煙希望したのですが、たばこの臭いよりもそっちが気になって仕方なかったです。
ただ、宿泊代が高騰している中、7,000円でお釣りがくる価格は本当にありがたかったです。

駅からホテルまで緩やかに長い登り坂なので、徒歩10-15分でも1日観光しきってからのチェックインはなかなかキツイものがある。かと言ってチェックイン前に荷物を預けに行くのも考えものかと。余裕ある方はタクシーをお勧めします
ただ周辺に8時開店の老舗ベーカリーやコンビニ、松屋、すき家、その他バー等も沢山あるので夜食も朝食の調達には不自由ないです
部屋内にあるレンジが便利だし、冷蔵庫内に冷えたグラスがあるのは夏場は非常に嬉しい心遣いかなと
ただ入室すぐに禁煙なのにうっすらとタバコ臭とりね

水回りの清掃は本当にしたのかなというレベルです。やはり出張客相手のビジネスホテルだから、気にしないのでしょう。たぶんこういう営業ならば２回目の選択肢にはいれません。

禁煙でお願いしましたが、喫煙だったのか、かなりタバコ臭かった。

숙소가 없어서 급하게 잡았어요
모텔스러운 분위기인거 같아요 남녀커플들이 쉬러 오는 곳 같아요 유독 커플들이 많았네요 ㅋㅋ
그리고 뭐 깔끔하게 쉬긴 했는데 물도 유료로 사서 먹어야 한다고 하더라고요 물 제공안합니다 어메니티는 주는데 ㅎㅎ 좀 의아하긴 했네요 다시 가지는 않을 듯요 신고베와 산노미야 사이에 있어서 교통이나 이동이 불편하진 않습니다 조금만가면 가게도 많고, 번화가에 편의점도 많아요

スタッフの方がとても親切で、丁寧な対応をして下さいました。
セミダブルの部屋でしたが、結構狭く荷物を広げるスペースは少なかったです。
