It’s a great hotel with relative proximity to Haneda Airport, excellent location near train stations, restaurants, and shopping. But best of all, its employees are well trained and courteous. Rooms are not the biggest but quite functional with well designed layout, with reasonable prices.

This hotel has been a staple for us when we go to Japan, we have stayed here twice and both times have been great. Its next to a mall, a big station, not far from the city centre, the beds are comfortable and the room is always clean. The prices are also very reasonable.
When we visit again, we will be returning to this hotel.

The hotel is extremely convenient for young families because of the amenities for babies (cribs, bottle sterilizer, baby bathtubs, etc.) and young children. It is also close to the station and lots of shopping areas so you can easily buy some supplies if you need them. We also liked that we were able to send some of things to the hotel before our trip so we didn’t have to bring them ourselves. Checkin was fast and the room was ready even though we arrived an hour before the checkin time. We also appreciate that the front desk and restaurant staff are very attentive to the needs of their guests.

This is one of the best hotels that I have experienced in Japan. The beds are comfortable and it is very quiet even though it is in the middle of the Kawasaki near Tokyo. This place is very convenient to both airports (Narita and Haneda) and to central Tokyo and the convention area of Big Sight. There are many dining options around the hotel, not to mention the in-house restaurant. I recommend the breakfast buffet, rivaling some of the other top hotels elsewhere in Japan. The wine list is great too! Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism and humble nature of the staff and their attention to every detail of my stay.

I like how close the hotel is to Haneda airport. It is very easy to access the trains to travel to other parts of Tokyo. There are a lot of places to shop nearby, and it has a lot of dining options.

This hotel is located conveniently near JR Kawasaki station. It is also surrounded by few shopping malls and convenient stores. Room is very clean with enough space to open up our luggages. Overall we love this hotel and will bk to stay again
