Outstanding service, staff were attentive, friendly remembering small details and requests. We were treated like royalty. Beautiful view and property, lite up with a long promenade of colour. Outstanding hotel.

Convenient to Bandai Pier market, and Sado Kisen ferry. Attached to the conference center, so quite busy. Sake lounge is wonderful!

Hotel was nice, view was beautiful, if you get the side of sado island you can see it from your room. Closest hotel to sado kisen port but outside of that, there's really nothing close by unless you walk about 10 minutes.

The hotel, room, and service was excellent, but this is a place you would need to be driving (parking 1000yen a day unlimited reentry), or are prepared to taxi around, otherwise access is somewhat difficult
