Nice to find such a clean, modern and stylish full-service hotel in the slightly barren Arai area of Myoko. Stayed there for two nights to ski Myoko Kogen during the big snow of Valentine's Day Weekend, and it was very nice to have an on-location restaurant open after 7pm (they're running until 10pm). Interior design is very modern and clean, feels much like an upscale hotel or even like a baby-JW Marriott for those familiar with that line. HOWEVER, THE BEST PART OF THIS HOTEL has to be the wonderful bath, a big bonus to find in a chain hotel especially in the dead of winter during a huge snowstorm after a day of hard skiing. I keep saying clean, modern, stylish over and over but it's really the best way to describe everything at this hotel.

建物は少し古さを感じます。
部屋も喫煙ルームは壁や天井、臭いが多少気にはなります。
それ以外は安定の快適さで、レストランと大浴場も完備。
7階まであり、景色はなかなかのもの。
周辺にはコンビニやラーメン屋や居酒屋もあり、歩いて行けて便利です。

The Route Inn Myoko Aria is a great place to stay if you have a vehicle and want to visit the various nearby ski resorts without paying resort hotel prices - especially the newly reopened Arai resort. The hotel is typical of all Route Inns (small but clean rooms with hard beds). The restaurant at the hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was helpfull and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms on our level were on "party mode". The staff at the hotel were convenient to help us with the situation, when I called the front desk.
I believe were just unlucky with the other tenants.
Hotel is a bit old school. Breakfast was nice, well organized and cuisine staff were very efficient! Over all, good place to lodge for the ski :)

The hotel placed slightly off from railway, so if you would like to access by railway, you should consider to use taxi by your condition at the time such as weather, time, and helth. Twin room is enough space for two adults, but not large, it is usual size for Japanese but I cannot mention for foreigners. Breakfast they serve is not special but several kind of Japanese foods and bread can be selected.

ホテルの設備等はかなり古くさい感じがするが、まわりには飲食店、コンビニ、スーパー、薬局も多く非常に便利である。宿泊料金は安めだが朝食は種類も多くとてもおいしかった。また、利用したい。

予約通り禁煙のお部屋でしたが、タバコのにおいが結構残っていました。
敏感な人は気になるかもしれません。
