Great Value for money for those catching the morning flight the next day. Easy parking on the property with breakfast buffet. Hotel is 10 mins away from the airport by car.

Very close to subway approx 5 mins walk. The hotel is clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast is very good. I enjoyed my stay there.

Did everything, had everything, relatively cheap, very convenient

we were at Annex but there is not connecting hall way or covered walk way. It was raining and ws inconvenient to walk over to the main building for breakfast. The hotel was situated right next train station, so we can hear the train every time if passed by but thats something they can not do anything about.

It was nice to have the option to eat dinner right there in the hotel, and it was very conveniently close to the train station. However, unfortunately, the room overall could have been much cleaner.

It’s basically an airport hotel, but the staff can’t use english, and most of the in-hotel communication is only in Japanese. Their restaurant is closed on Sunday night, and the only options for food are at the airport if before 8.30pm. They did show me a map of the local area eating options, but the map was only in Japanese, and most of them were closed (except for the smokey Japanese pub). I was lucky to get one small hamburger and snacks from the convenience store at the airport. That was my very sad dinner the night before flying. The Monday morning breakfast options are terrible, salad, fish, rice being the main “breakfast” options. They did have small sausages, eggs, and bread. But no cereals. The coffee cups were really tiny, like two mouthfuls of coffee. Everything about the hotel was a little weird. Maybe ok for a domestic business traveller, but not so great for international travellers with big heavy suitcases.

The staff members greeted me with a smile, which was very nice after travelling for 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised to have my room upgraded. They were doing renovations in the restaurant and the public bath and gave me a prepaid card (500 yen) so that I could purchase some bread and milk for breakfast. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Excellent breakfast and other food in the restaurant was also good. Hotel is located near the railway station and within an easy walk to the Pottery Footpath.

I arrived late and tired and the desk personnel were quick, courteous, had my paperwork on the counter and I was in my room in 5 minutes! It is also on the train line just 2 exits from Nagoya Airport, and I had an early morning flight!

The room was pretty good and clean. Employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel mate was very diligent and nice. I'm really recommend if you want to live close to the train. The last but not least, the hotel breakfast was fantastic.

Small room but it ok for 2 of us.

Good hotel for flying to/from Centrair. Hotel located a short walk from Tokoname station making it easy to go to either Nagoya or Centrair. Not much in the area around hotel. I had to take the train a station away to the Aeon Mall for shopping and food. Room was standard size for Japan and bed was comfortable enough. Everything in room was clean and functional. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I had an early morning departure so missed the breakfast buffet. Still a good deal for travel in/out of Centrair. I would stay here again.

Clean comfortable room with all necessary facilities for short stay. Five minutes easy walk from station 2 stops from airport. Recommended
