This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Renovation will take place in the guestrooms from now to March 8, 2025, and from May 7-July 5, 2025. Guests can expect to hear loud noises and smell construction-related odors from 11 AM-3 PM during this period. A scheduled power outage will take place on February 26, 2025 from 11 AM-3 PM. All guests must exit the building during this time. Early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage will be not available on this date. Guests booking reservations that include dinner must check in before 7 PM. This property offers shuttle service from Izu-Kōgen Station on a limited schedule only.
