ガイア館3階に宿泊しましたが綺麗で、2階の食堂の音も全く気にならずとてよよかったです。景色は駐車場でしたが、露天風呂やロビーから海や函館の夜景が見えました。
卓球台が4台あり、予約もなく交代で使えます。とても綺麗でした。朝も7:00から10:00まで使えました。
シャワーは全てrefaでドライヤーはPanasonic。へやも綺麗で料理も美味しかったです。カニが食べ放題。夜はいくらはなくとびっこでした。朝はいくらがあり、でも他の刺身がなかったです。美味しかったです。

2食付いて、週末金曜なのに12000円弱はお安い。夕飯も朝食もバイキングですが、品数豊富でどれも美味しい。夕飯には蟹が、朝はイクラが食べ放題。

6階、オーシャンビューの和洋室を4人で利用しました。お部屋も広かったのですが トイレが狭くてとてもあっぱく感がありました。
大浴場のシャワーヘッドもドライヤーも流行りのもので 使いよかったです。お部屋の冷蔵庫は冷凍スペースもあり、お土産の保冷剤の冷凍ができて助かりました。
残念だったのは せっかく眺望がいい露天風呂からの眺めが 仕切り板が白くなっていて見晴らしがいいはずの海や景色が見えなくなっていたことです。カルキなのか温泉成分のせいなのか残念でした

海が目の前で絶好のロケーションでした。 スタッフもベテランさんもいて心配りができていて気持ちよかったです。 2回目だからなのか 海の見えるいい部屋に案内してくれました。
ただ、エアコンがないのでこれからの夏は大丈夫かなと心配になりました。

施設は清潔でキレイ、温泉もゆったり快適でした。食事は朝食だけの利用でしたが、まぁまぁと言ったところで、部屋からの景色もオーシャンビューで良かったです。ただ残念なのはチェックインの時。玄関先に到着したが出迎えは無し！ところが、後から来たワゴン車にはスタッフがすぐ様出迎え、まるで差別を受けてる様で非常に不愉快な気持ちになりました。うちの車がライトバンだったので、客に見えなかったのかもしれないが.何事も無かった様に、やり過ごそうとするスタッフの態度にも腹が立ち、「失礼しました」ぐらいの謝罪はあってもいいんじゃないかとおもう。他は良かっただけに、もったいない。

主人と２人での宿泊でした。コロナの関係もあり、宿泊客は少なかったように思います。
部屋は2人ではとても広く、オーシャンビューで景色は絶景だったのですが、窓が汚れていて少し残念でした。ただ、夜の景色も良くイカ釣り漁船の明かりが少しずつ増えていくのも、みていて飽きませんでした。
食事は朝晩とも最低限のバイキング形式で、種類も少なめでしたが料理も美味しくいただきました。手袋とマスクを着用して料理をとる形でした。
温泉は朝晩二回入りましたが、人も少なかったこともあり貸切状態でした。8階にある露天風呂が最高の景色で、ちょうど良い温度なのでずっと入っていられます。
大変な時期の宿泊で、こちらも少し緊張しながらの宿泊でしたが、大変満足でした。

コロナウイルスによる北海道緊急事態宣言の影響で、お客様が少なく夜のメニューもセーブされてたのかな、物足りない感じがしました。しかし、朝食はとても豪華でした。
また、至る所でアルコール除菌をしてくれており、とても清潔でした。他のお客様が使い終わったトングをすぐアルコール除菌で拭いてくれており、お客様に対する気配りが素晴らしいホテルでした。
wifiが各部屋まで届くと嬉しいです。

リニューアル後ということもあり、部屋も館内も温泉も清潔、何より従業員の方々のやる気ある対応が清々しかった。最上階の露天風呂が片方故障で利用不可だったが、きちんと残りの一つを日別で男女対応しており、そもそも1階の大浴場は男女ともに稼働していたので問題なし。
食事もバイキングとしてはなかなかの品質であり、刺身にカニに（カニの中身の薄さは量でカバー可能）お肉にと、常に補充もあって嬉しい驚きでした。特にカニ汁は家族全員が絶賛の美味しさ、食べ放題のイクラごはんよりもそちらをお代わり頂きました。
湯の川の大型ホテルには珍しい、やる気のあるホテルです。またお邪魔したいと思います。
