Dinner reservations are required in all restaurants. Also, guests who book half board rates must arrive prior to 8 PM to receive dinner. Room names indicate varying check-in and check-out times, which override posted check-in and check-out hours. Smoking preference requests cannot be accommodated for Run of the House bookings. This property charges a hot spring entrance fee of JPY 2,000 for adults, and JPY 1,850 for children ages 3-12 (no fee for children under 3) for guests booked in West Cottage room types. Guests in these room types may access the hot springs from 6 AM to 7 PM, daily.
