Our entire experience at Mimaru was amazing. From sending check in and additional information a week before arrival, to the helpful staff that welcomed us to the comfy apartment and amenities. We loved the location, at walking distance to the action, but further away from the noise and crowds. 24/7 grocery shopping is right around the corner. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Family of five, we had a two bedroom connecting room. It’s was plenty of space for us. So many great dining options locally, the hotel was immaculate, and immediately felt like home! I cannot praise the staff highly enough! Utami was amazing! Local grocery store open 25 hours and had so many options! We were able to walk to Dotonbori with a 4 & 6 year old. It isn’t as close as some other hotels, but we really loved the cultural feel of this hotel and the local restaurants. Could have easily stayed a lot longer! Highly recommend

Staff were nice and provided food recommendations near by. Property was located in a quiet area, except that it is next to a fire department, so from time to time you'll hear the alarm from the trucks, but it's only for a short period of time.
Located near the Shinsaibashi Station (on the Midosuji Line), once off the train, it is a decent walk within the underground shopping (Crystal) malls; google maps has 9 mins (500m), but I typically can get to the hotel within 9 mins. If you have a lot of suitcases, I recommend using the elevator or escalators for Smile Hotel/White Dome Plaza, I believe it's exit 1-A. Train station is one stop away from Namba station, so it was convenient for Dotonbori area for shopping.
Property has washer and dryer machines, 4 sets in total.
Overall nice place to stay and much more roomy than my first hotel during my trip as property is more of an apartment style than a hotel. Would recommend.

Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service.
The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape.
Would have given a 5 stars if the dust level was improved.

This property was a good fit for our family as we had six people staying in the apartment. It was close to transit station, and it was convenient to food options. However, we had issues with storage as there were no place to store clothing and we had to live out of our luggage which was somewhat inconvenient. The kids really enjoyed the bunk bed, and we were ok sleeping on the tatami bed.

I never stayed in a hotel which had to prepare the bed yourself. This was really the first for me. Also, the hygiene was awful. When I returned to hotel after lunch, I saw the housekeeper put a dirty vacuum machine on top of clean bath towel. I instantly thought those in my room were from the same pile. Shame on them to have this kind of service.

Lovely place, well placed for Dotenbari (20min walk) and Osaka in general. 2 different tube lines within 10 mins walk msde for easy access to kyoto, Universal and Nara. The staff were extremely helpful. When our lugage arrived it was taken to our room waiting for us. When it was time to move on the desk staff arranged everything for us , very impressed with the professionalism. Lots of Cafes and convenience stores within a minutes walk. Having a kitchenette and dining area was wonderful and helped the bank balance. Thoroughly recommend this as a great base to explore osaka and surrounding areas.

Located near Family Mart and Aeon Supermarket, with entrance to Subway just mins walk away. Highend shopping at Shinsabashi is approximately 10mins walk away, and there are multiple restaurants near the property!
I would also like to comment on the good service and friendlt staff who is always on hand to offer their recommendations and assistance. All you need to do is to ask!
