Property is very convenient especially if going to Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea. The shuttle service was excellent very professional service and polite! Our overall experience was great our room was ready to go and clean, they accommodated our request! Would like to stay here again if visit the vicinity!

The property is beautiful but I booked a fourth night with one employee and she said an additional night for the two rooms we had was not available, only a room with six beds was available for the additional night, I downgraded and got that room and paid 30,000 yen for the extra night. On our 3rd day I got a call from the front desk reminding me to check out. I went to try to take care of it, but no one knew what I was talking about and the initial worker was not working that day. I had no choice but to pay 30000 yen again - we needed the room and had plans.
I had the original receipt and showed it to them but the receipt only says 30000 yen it does not say what it is for.
Unfortunately, we did not have a choice and it was our last day in Japan.

We just flew in from Osaka and originally was booked at another hotel (very disappointing) but ended up moving to Mitsui Garden Hotel Prana Tokyo. Hands down the best place to stay in Tokyo (especially if you're going to Disneyland).
We booked a room that had 4 twin beds. Amazingly spacious and well equipped. The toilet area is separate from the shower area. Shower was Japanese style with excellent water pressure! Mini fridge, great wifi, charging cords for your phone, kettle for hot water to make tea, I also used it for my cup of noodle, they even have a foot massager!
They have a Lawsons in the lobby. The restaurant is outstanding! Best breakfast since we've been in Japan. Oh yeah, they have ice and water machines and washer/dryers on the floors (west wing)

Rude front desk staff and the old man on duty at their convenience store was so irritated he doesn’t want to be bothered. If you don’t like foreigners in your hotel just put it on the hotel description so it saves everybody the bad experience.

Room is very clean and comfortable with nice view. Walking distance to Tokyo Bay. Bus station is just down the street. Free shuttle to Disneyland and there’s a convenient store inside the hotel. Definitely recommended it.

We stayed here one night each day before and after one night at Disney resort. The hotel let us keep our large luggage until we returned for the one night after. Appreciated that. Glad there was a Lawson on the property. Would stay here again
