The breakfast buffet was a cut above normal and definitely worth paying for.

Booked primarily because it is close to jr station. Downside after 8pm nothing nearby open except family mart inside station. Staff were great. Assisted filling out the luggage transfer form and retrieving card when I locked my self out while checking out. Bed is firm and comfortable. Ac can be controlled. Shower press is great

Very close to Kumamoto station, just 4 mins walking distance. Clean but a bit old in renovation. Small TV

The hotel is quite near to the Kumamoto station and also the tram stop which get to the attractions pretty easy. The room we stayed was clean but can feel the mattress springs which made us difficult to sleep. Pillow also too soft! Buffet Breakfast spread considered quite good.

Bed was uncomfortable as we could feel the spring of the mattress. Room was big and large range of toiletries. Hotel was nice but the hotel staff never help us to load the luggage into our car. Location was great as it is next to train station.
